Stop by Sonic this afternoon, and it was the sorriest experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. The parking lot was completely empty. There was trash all over the parking lot trash cans literally over flowing, and the person taking out order was very short and snippy. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce and onion rings, and the chili cheese coney with tots and an ordered of tossed chicken bites with ranch. Pull around to pay and again the girl taking our money seemed to be mad at the world, then when handing us our ordered said “Here” we pull over to eat it and instantly notice the chili cheese coney wasn’t even hot the cheese had not even melted, and looked at the weenie and it was burnt to an absolute crisp, looked like beef jerky. Open my chicken sandwich to find lettuce on it, and my onion rings has obviously just been heated up because the breading was falling off and they were soft and mushy. Our tossed chicken was chicken with buffalo sauce just barely drizzled on it. Now mind you, we paid over $28 for this food and the only thing that got are were the tots everything else was tossed. Never been so disappointed in my life!

I wish i could give 0 stars i was picking up an uber eats order for a customer , and the guy that was on the back line was literally making everyone’s food with NO gloves on. Too much cross contamination and i didn’t see him wash his hands once he was dropping stuff in the fryer taking it out with his bare hands ugh it was very disgusting. I cancelled the order hope no one EVER eats from here you’ll probably be in the hospital within 24 hours .

The “popcorn chicken” they gave me was from the bottom of their trays. It wasn’t even chicken it was all dry crumbs. the chicken sandwich was horrible, was burnt too, and really thin, none of this stuff is good for the human body the way it looked, i didn’t even eat the rest honestly, why is it so hard to be mindful about others people food, i don’t even go out to eat anywhere because this is so common nowadays.

Today was the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience at this location! I had to repeat myself several times before it was gotten right and it was only 2 of the same meals the only difference being drink size and sauce type. Then I was told my order was $12.21.64!!!! I can’t make this up. At the window of course I was greeted with a smile, a hello or anything just handed drinks and correct total given. When i was handed the food opened the box to dark dry looking tenders and lukewarm tater tots. The young lady looked at me like I was foreign when I questioned why I was given old food. I pulled up to the #1 to await fresh food. About 5 min later a man exits the building walks over and hands me food. No hello. No sorry for the wait, nothing just walked away! I pull off, open both boxes at the light, same dry dark tenders but now steaming hot so microwaved or refried maybe… and same old tots! I broke some before giving the box back so I’m 100% certain they were the same tots. I bit one of the tenders, hot, dry and chewy like chicken flavored plastic! My cheese tots had brown mushy specs of something on them (im hoping burger fragments, see pictures). I didn’t eat them!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The cashier’s and managers are by far the worst. Every time I’ve come in here which is far and few has been horrible. I don’t even know who has hired these people. But they are by far the bottom of the barrel when it comes to fast food, customer service or being hired and it shows. It speaks volumes in their customer service or lack there of. There is no move with a quickness. They all move extremely slow not even addressing customers and it shows w their grade. I will eat my fingernails before I ever come here again. If I could’ve given a negative ten I would’ve.
And then you have the workers taking a smoke break but not coming back in and washing their hands. I saw several health violations and nothing being done and higher management is working close it down. I’m sure they have bugs or eats in the back actually too how they act.

Its not bad. But dont expect much. I do not come here enough to honestly give a thorough review. I do not know any of the people who work here, so I’m not gonna say horrible. But I wont say phenomenal either.

A friend ordered mozzarella sticks and we waited 45 minutes and still no mozzarella sticks. They were paid for and we waited and waited. What was supposed to turn into a quick snack just turned into annoyance. We had 3 different staff members including the manager (twice) ask us what we were waiting on and were told it would take 2 mins max. We eventually just told them to forget about it because the whole situation was bizarre.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster combo with tots and a peach Sprite.
The person who took my order was friendly and accurate.
The tots were perfectly crisp. The only issue came when I opened up my burger. It had a tiny little chip of bacon inside the weakest little baby onion ring. It looked deliberately bad.
Told them the issue and they fixed it. The second burger was excellent. The bacon was honestly the best I’ve ever had (crispy and not burnt) and the onion ring was just barely smaller than the meat patty.

Asked for a griller with no tomato. Was told it dosnt have tomato.
It indeed has tomato. The lettuce was also a sickening YELLOW. Made me feel sick to my stomach. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.
