The food was fresh and delicious as always!The stuffed pasta has become my new favorite thing to get here! Derek was our server here with such a great personality and took great care of us! They do not do online waitlist! I didn’t know and was waiting on the app to tell me my table was ready. Good thing I went in after the time it said cause usually it don’t take long! After going in though and the host telling me, it didn’t take long to get seated.

I usually don’t say anything to keep the peace but my brother doesn’t just make money off trees to not get proper customer service. I had to clean his tray because it was all messed up. Fries were COLD & soggy. Kids Dr. Pepper was not even all the way and watery. Sometimes the food is not even ready by the time I get to OG. Do better!!you will lose LOYAL ONES.

My wife and sister took my mother in law out for lunch yesterday. A man with curly red hair and was tall waited on them. Didn’t get his name because he wasn’t around enough to get it. The picture shows how he didn’t pre bus their table and had to put all their dishes on another table. He handed scalding hot dishes to all 3 of them without any warning. My wife literally had to go to the kitchen to ask for extra sauces and butter. My wife had all you can eat salad and soup. Never got any refills on either. Never got refills on bread. Had it not been for the host Kiana who has only been there 3 days they would have walked out. This server was horrible and should be working at McDonald’s in the back and out of sight. The manager was nice to them but the server was terrible. Every time they asked him for anything he never came back with what they asked for and ignored them. It was during a slow time of day too. No excuse for this horrible service. They left him a $6 tip and I was upset they left him anything. They did tip the sweet host $10 for helping them out. If you see a tall curly red haired guy walk out.

The food was good but didn’t get what we ordered. She wrote down our order but put in a different order. So we told her, but she just said sorry didn’t offer any suggestions, so we just kept it. The Raspberry tea was watery, and the mango tea had too much syrup. Our waitress was nice but clearly spaced out.

I want to make this clear, this experience was at the location on Garth road in Baytown, Tx. Every other location I have ever been to has been a great experience. On this day, at this location, it was horrible. Although there was no wait time to be seated, it took 10 minutes before being waited on at our table. Another 22 minutes, from the time we were seated, until our breadsticks and salad arrived. And then another 20 minutes before my bowl of soup arrived. That’s right, 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. So 52 minutes from the moment of being seated until my complicated order of soup and salad was fully delivered. Yes, it was lunch time on a weekday, but REALLY?! 42 MINUTES for soup and salad? Now, if that were the only issue, I probably would not be leaving a scathing review, BUT, while waiting for my soup, and while my niece was in the restroom, I was looking around and suddenly noticed to my horror, the filth on the walls at our booth. Splattered food, dirt, dust and crayon scribbles. I scooted to the edge of my seat and patiently waited for the soup, although I should have asked for my check at that moment and left. When the soup finally arrived, I found a huge ball of mystery substance clumped together the size of a meatball in my soup. I took this foreign substance and put it on my plate and cut into it and it looked like it might be a clump of raw meat of some kind, maybe ground sausage but I couldn’t be sure. Honestly it looked like something that had been regurgitated. I had had enough of this luncheon at this point. So I went to the front and asked to see a manager. I showed him the mystery clump and pointed out the filthy walls. He immediately took my soup to the kitchen. He returned moments later to tell me the ball was a bunch of raw bacon bits clumped together that somehow got into my soup. I’m still not so sure what it was. I told him I would pay for the salad, but obviously not the soup and I wasn’t going to try another. He comped my salad, apologized for the experience and upon my departure my niece could overhear him telling an employee to clean all of the walls in the restaurant. My niece lives in Baytown, I do not. I live in Clear Lake and have always enjoyed the location at Baybrook Mall. I would not recommend the Baytown location, even if they clean the walls. My niece who lives near the Baytown location said she will never return. It was a poor experience and obviously the place is poorly run from the waitstaff, to the cook, to the managers, who in the end, are responsible to over see everyone else’s tasks. The manager took away my soup and the clump of so called bacon before I could take a photo, but here are pics of the wall at our booth. I hope you can expand them to see detail. It was truly disgusting and if it weren’t for me being involved in a conversation at the time I was seated, I would have noticed it sooner. And never had stayed long enough to order in the 1st place. Go to any other location, PLEASE.

Thank you again Ms. Le. You saved my day. I had been having a taste for Alfredo Sauce and decided to go to Olive Garden because their sauce is so good. Well I’m from Alabama and I’ve been having bad experiences with Olive Garden there so I thought I would give Texas a try. They disappointed deeply especially with what I wanted most which was the Alfredo sauce. So I called the next day and Ms. Le was happy to help me. She even went the extra mile as to let me sample the sauce before getting it again. It was on point. My taste buds was dancing and happy. Thank you so much Ms. Le. Your customer service skills were spectacular and the next time I’m in the Houston area, I’m definitely coming to this location. Thanks again for satisfying THAT taste that I was craving. YOU DELIVERED!!!!

If I could give no stars then I would. We had the worst server in history. Took us 10 minutes to get drinks. Never got a refill. Husbands soup was cold but couldn’t find waitress to tell her. She only had 2 tables and paid more attention to them but still was not around. Asked for manager, then manager said would give us discount but had to go because no cooks so she was on the line. Waitress gets an attitude because we asked for manager and throws our food at us with an attitude. We ask for manager again and we are told they’re too busy to come talk. We look at bill and $8 was taken off of a $50 ticket. Then we pay cash and she was hovering us. She didn’t even give us our change back but hey I hope that $2 gets you far.

Our server was phenomenal! Such a sweet girl. Really made the experience special. Food was alright. They were out of some menu items that should be in every Italian restaurant (olive e oil! garlic! Seriously!)

Came here twice for lunch once and dinner another time. We enjoyed being here. The staff is friendly. Prompt services and clean place for sure. I understand that they’re short staffed but I have never been disappointed at how we were treated at the restaurant. Both times, the place was busy but we got our food order taken promptly and food came out 20 mins later. They even gave me 2 different soups at once for just myself as I ordered soup and salad. My kids were able to order what they liked and they were happy.
