Great service at the North Riverside location from our waiter, Francisco. Very professional and friendly. Food and wine a little bit pricey but worth to try and enjoy your Italian food (similar…) It’s much better to go during the week to avoid the waiting time on the weekends.

The server was amazingly great. Perhaps they were short-staffed, but she handled tables well. Food were excellent. Bread was served first with 5 pieces then followed by two baskets filled with 7 or 8 more bread. Appetizers we ordered were calamari and meatballs. Those were good and were gone within seconds it was served. Soups and salad were good too. The entries were meat balls marinara, and seafood Alfredo. Great food.

I will never go back to this location ever again. I ordered a take out order over the phone, the total was $24 and some change. I picked my order up with what looked like everything in the bag only to get all the way and realize they forgot my $5 side of Alfredo dipping sauce for my breadsticks. I almost shrugged this off until I opened the pasta and there was just dry pasta with maybe a teaspoon of sauce in the middle. I decided to return to the Olive Garden and explain to the young guys at the counter my sauce was missing but also that the quality of the food was not good and that the pasta was extremely dry. When the manager approached me she didn’t say a word to me, not an apology, nor a how can we fix this or help you. She never offered to give me my Alfredo sauce or to remake the food that was now cold from the the trip home and then back to Olive Garden. She handed me my $25 refund with still no acknowledgment or words exchanged. I had to ask her “is that it” in which she responded yep. Worst experience ever. The manager should not have the job she has if she has no customer service skills or just general communication skills. Olive Garden, I used to be a big fan but you can do better and find a different manager for your establishment who cares to be the face of your business.

I placed an order earlier in the week that had a little confusion involved. The manager Tom and his delightful staff made everything right and I had a full catering order for 40 people completed in 25 minutes. The manager Tom and his staff were fantastic and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Waiting for a table didn’t take us long. Front hostess are very friendly. We sat about 20 minutes to get greeted from our server. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Another 10 for our soup and salad and within minutes we got our dinner orders. We were seated in a small table where everything was tight. I definitely like to take my time eating my soup from my actual meal. Went ahead and got the manager to change our server which he did. Our second waitress was great and fast. Excellent service that we received from her. Definitely seems like they are short staffed. Food was delicious as always.

This branch of OG, was fine. They get used to run in low capacity. Also turn out to be some sort of “training center”, they barely train the waitress/waiters, to bring the dishes to the table. If you ask for suggestions on wine and food, a long silence just showed up. Long story short: asked for a white wine; seems like the bottle was stored close to the stove. It was hot..! The glass was dirty. They don’t even know the minimum requirements to serv a wine. Of course, They are to young to explain or know everything, they just got a black dress and “go to attend the table”. , I hope they are well paid. The Italian food is great, however in this place turns to be “rare”. The pasta, kind of dry. The minestrone soup mixed, no good aspect, in fact. Also, if you get into the wait list on-line, you get a table in no more than five minutes, even if you are 15 minutes away, however, if you get there and ask for a table for three, you have to wait 35 minutes..!!! Seems like they have two waiting lists. Finally, if you get there one hour before they close, you and your guests might be removed from waiting area, because waiters and hostesses themselves , wash the floor, during operating hours. The movement of chairs and tables, while the cleaning task at the bar, make you feel uncomfortable, like you are interrupting their clean-up job. So guests are coming in or out with high risk of falling because the floor is flooded, not just wet. I assume they want to save money leaving the place at the same minute when last customer gets out. That is cheap. Not efficiency.

Went there for my niece’s 21st birthday to celebrate. Me and my kid ordered the build your own pasta with the same sauce but different pastas. As you see, there was something unsanitary going on! Noone could explain why she had rigatoni in her angel hair or why I had angel hair in my rigatoni. I was so disgusted I didn’t eat it. I picked out the angel hair and boxed it up. The waitress was awesome and I didn’t want to give her a problem. I hated it.
