We were a family party of 9 for a 21st birthday. Not only ignored at the table, but also at the bar. After finally getting acknowledged, waited 40 minutes for a child water and fries just to be told that the order was never put in. We left and went to Sheetz for our fries where all the staff not only smiled at us but interacted with us as well.

I did like this place but after tonight and dinning with my family was the worst night we have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone and advise you not to take your children there. Our 10 month old baby threw up on the floor and I was made to clean it up with rags while the staff told a young lady that worked there that we was not allowed to use a mop and bucket. Once being in food service I know there are cleaners that can clean up all messes. On top all that we was made to sit outside in the smoking section while we waited for a table and 4 people came out to smoke around our baby as well as our sisters baby. We will never go back to the Olde Keg and will go else where even though the food was amazing it’s the workers that make the experience what it is. Thank you Olde Keg for helping us realize that you are a dump and you just care about people boozing and money.

We order there almost every week I ask for extra Extra mild every time! I’ve got them 2 times where they were exactly what I ordered. Mind you the flavoring is delicious, but just way too hot for me! I don’t want to have to doctor my own food nor do I want to have to make a second trip down, when will the acknowledge that the customer is important to please? Even when I called and addressed them about my order when it was clear my options were to either go back down for another order or fix them myself, the girl hung up before I said good bye. Time to spend my money elsewhere

We used to come here religiously. But recently, a majority of their staff finally got fed up with being berated and treated poorly-so they left. Since then, the food has gone significantly downhill as well as the atmosphere. It’s really a shame cause we loved it there, but tonight was the final straw. Guess we need to find a new place to go!
