Stopped by the restaurant at 1:40am and when I drove up I saw an employee sitting in the lobby area, she was on her phone not move to take my order, called at the ordering twice no answer , on the third call she answered and her reply was “ you don’t have no patience “ I explained to her I called twice no answer she then proceeded to say she ain’t no robot and she don’t care about me and my family let me describe her she was wearing black with burgundy braids with a few piercing, now if this is how yall treat your customer it’s real poor. We didn’t even get to order anything because she was rude and my family decided now to get food there so please be careful.

Waited for a simple order for over 10 minutes. The staff was just talking in Spanish to each other the whole time and with customers who didn’t buy anything. Everything was sticky and half of the drink options weren’t available. It’s more of a rest stop for uber drivers than a restaurant. I got my money refunded with no food, no apology for the wait, no eye contact. My ticket was still on the printer when I asked. Never going back.

The drive thru menu clearly says the onion ring whopper is the 11.99 Meal special but yet the receipt shows 13.99. The fries are soggy with almost no salt and the burger wasn’t great either. The drive thru too forever with a truck getting multiple orders. Just an overall bad experience. No wonder I don’t go there anymore.

Slowest driver thru in the world
It’s open 24 hours only 1 person is working at 12 am and same person taking orders and preparing the food and doing everything
It took me 35 minutes to get a burger at driver thru, and that was only 3 cars in front of me, if you will not give proper service don’t keep open this place 25 hours so customers can go to other places for food, im hungry and still waiting to order my food it’s be 40 minutes
