First time here….seemed like a nice place….clean, pleasant atmosphere. Arrived at 5:10 on a Friday. Only a few people at the bar and in the dining room. There were 2 of us…we ordered a burger and nachos for our meals. We waited a long time…burger came out at 5:55 looked good but it was cold….nachos did not arrive at the same time….why would you serve 1 meal without the other…sent burger back to warm up….then nachos came… when they brought the burger back it was the same temp..cold…not heated at all. Very unpleasant experience….especially for how nice the establishment looked inside and out. Will not return.

Food wasn’t bad, when we got there all of our out of state IDs (all legal btw) were denied. We work out of state and are all from different areas, somehow four IDs from three different states can’t scan like that makes sense. Manager automatically assumed my Nebraska license was fake. Ruined the vibe, just wanted a beer.

Came in with my work crew from out of state and was told by the manager on duty that they could not serve us because “none of our ids scan” after it took 10-15 minutes for anybody to talk to us at all. Not very impressed and I’m guessing if you’re not from here you’re just a problem not a customer.
Only 1 guy ordered a beer but she made all of us give our ids “because he’s the only one that ordered one” then the manager came back and said “I can’t serve you guys because nobody’s id will scan”

Friendly servers every time we are in here. Food is constantly good. Plenty of room for sitting at the bar. This place can accommodate a lot of people.

The staff here is amazing! The group I go with go for the karaoke they have started every other Friday. We all would rather drive a half an hour to go to this bar and grille then we would to go to the bar and grills that are just 10 minutes from us. Highly recommend it here.

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes before they even looked at a table of 4. If you’re from out of state, don’t try to get a beer. They don’t know how to read an I.D. They took all four of our i.d’s and said they scanned them, and said they didn’t scan (even though only one of us ordered a beer). Really disappointed, don’t like how they lied straight to us.
