Unfortunately this a a one start review due to how the bagels were sent home on a Togo order. But also due to the way the untrained manager Amanda handled the situation. I paid just under $9 yes $9 for two bagels with butter one with onion cream cheese on the side. I get home and half the bagels were burnt. I understand things happen but when I try to explain to Amanda that they were burnt she recommends I ask for them to be lightly toasted then. I explain that they aren’t brown they were black and she continues to say I should ask for them to be lightly toasted. Um how about not sending out burnt my bagels in the first place. I understand that this is a first job for most of the kids there are she explained yet if she was truly a manager she should train her staff in quality control and maybe just some common sense. If it’s burnt probably don’t send it out. They clearly have to work out the kinks but they definitely need more training especially from the top up. Had high hopes but I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Got the pizza bagel for lunch – fast service and was very tasty! Recommend eating it while hot due to becoming chewy / hard when cooled. Not sure if the bagel is toasted beforehand or not, but that would make it taste even better. Great to share!

Had the firecracker bagel. It was good. However, prices are RIDICULOUS. I ordered 2 iced coffees, and 2 bagels and it was $29!!! I had to ask to make sure total was right and the employee looked at me crazy and confirmed that was the right price. Thought I’d save money going here for coffee instead of Starbucks right next door but man was I wrong. Decent food but $30 for 2 bagels and 2 iced coffees is INSANE!

Didn’t notice till I left but they gave me the wrong drink and the sandwich was soooooo sloppy mad that when I opened it avocado and the cream cheese was all over the outside of the sandwich. Like come on people. This was my second time and thought I would give them another chance. I spent $30 will not be back again

I absolutely loved old school bagel at 71st and Yale when this location was still open, so naturally I was excited to have one open up close to me again in Glenpool. The food is very expensive for what you get unlike their old location, and the service is terrible and the staff is rude. Also the bagels are nothing like they used to be. I also ordered a club sandwich which was an absolute failure. Panera by far is a better choice at this point. Bring back the Old School Bagel we remember!

We’ve tried going six times, each time we’ve been, whether it be early in the morning, late morning, or close to lunch time, they are out of everything bagels, plain bagels and 1-2 other bagel options.

I’m very bias. I’m someone who has bacon egg and cheese bagels almost everyday before school as a kid. These were by far the worse. There’s almost nothing on them and the bagels are okay. Cream cheese bagels are next and I’m sure they won’t put enough on them but at least my expectations are low.
