Absolutely horrible customer service. Just came in. 8/13/23 at 6:15 and I was the only person in line. The girl with red braids asked what I wanted and proceeded to have me wait while she very slowly began work on an online order, making me wait. I stood there for 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously people who come to dine in are not a priority. The online order had 4 giant subs and she could have taken 2 minutes to make my order first. Horrible.

I ate at Jersey Mike’s for the very first time on May 20th. I had no expectations, but Calum and Tristin made sure that it was a great one. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and talked me through the menu and made recommendations (as well as cautioning me regarding flavor combinations that I might not want). My sandwich turned out great, and I was very happy. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been eating here since it opened! Hands down one of our favorite places. Unfortunately yesterday I was so shocked at my experience. It was dirty, a few employees were bickering back and forth with each other and the health rating was hidden. My son and I walked out. I see the reason for the hidden health score 82. Never again! It makes me sad because we love Jersey Mike’s!

So this Jersey Mike’s is way better then the one on highway 96…I always get the big kahuna and they always on point with they sandwichs the one on 96 sucked…but the atmosphere gets a 3 because they had a manager was being a A hole to his employees for having a good time telling them to calm down and keep quiet when all they was doing was laughing…I personally feel like he was just not part of the group and was jealous everyone else was getting alone but any other time I was there it was a good time.

If I could give a zero I would, spent a whole day in the hospital couldn’t eat all day so after I left hospital I went to get a sub around 7 or 7:30 , ordered a cheese steak gluten free sub because of wheat allergies , employee was going to make my sub when another employee decided he wanted to make himself one so the employee making mine just had to stand there like I did watching this other employee make his food! They gave me chicken instead of steak which I found out once I got home so I called and a girl answered and I told her that the sub I ordered was supposed to be steak not chicken, she told me in between the breaking up of the call to bring it back and they would make it right than the call dropped I called back 10 mins later and a so called manger answered I explained what happened and he turned it back on me saying that I watched them make the sub which I didn’t because the part of the counter is to high to see! And then said there was nothing he could do?? Unacceptable!! There are other sub shops who make gluten free subs and firehouse is one of them!!! Untill Jersey mikes makes this right? I will go to firehouse! Poor service and rude service!!!!! And the location of this jersey mikes is on Margie drive Warner Robins!

Best location around! Super friendly staff, always clean (including bathrooms!), and obviously fresh yummy food. Definitely my go to place.
