I went today before work and what I seen online I ordered #9 which was turkey and roast beef. I get to the restaurant and told the young lady that I wanted a #9 and she said supreme. I said yes thinking that’s all the ingredients added. I stated no mayo and tomatoes. Mannn talk about a big disappointment!!!. I get to driving and start eating. It has tomatoes, ham, salami!!.. I don’t eat that !!. I was soo pissed and paid that money. Only takes one time to mess up. I won’t be going back. I’ll pass it on to my dogs.

5 months pregnant and ordered a ham sub! Got home to eat it and the bread was SO hard, the top part crumbled off! Called back to see what they could do and the manager said nothing.. that their bread is freshly cooked everyday as if it was impossible to have bread from hours earlier.. so I guess it’s my fault the bread is hard and crumbling! I know things happens but I expected better customer service from the manager! Been eating Jersey Mike’s for years and this is the 1st time I’ve ever eaten hard bread! She was so cold hearted and unremorsefil. I’m so disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about this Jersey Mikes—not just because the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, but because the people who work here are truly exceptional.

This is the best place to get a steak and cheese anywhere around but today I was let down for a second time, it’s the second time my husband and I have gone to get food from there and told them we wanted rosemary parm bread and was given white bread instead!!! Just a little let down at this location! If it weren’t for that I’d give 5 stars because their subs are so delicious!!!

2 stars is generous from my experience, run out of lettuce, waited 10 mins in line with only 3 people in the store, my turkey was so mushy my girlfriend thought she was eating tuna, never again unless they want to treat me to a new sandwich made the right way.

I went into the Jersey Mike’s on Watson and noticed the assistant manager (unknown at the time) with a nasty look on her face. I decided to ignore it and went to pick up a DoorDash order. As I was about to leave, she suddenly caught an attitude because I didn’t show her the confirmed order directly. I told her it was already confirmed, but she decided to argue with me. I told her that if this is an issue, the managers should train their employees to do what they’re supposed to do!
After dropping off the order, I went back to the store because I felt I DESERVED an apology. When I returned, the employee and another worker were no longer there, and the store was short-staffed. The manager seemed to recognize who I was and caught an attitude herself when I asked for the owner’s number. I told her directly that her behavior was unacceptable.
I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but that type of service is unacceptable! If you don’t like your job, keep that issue at the door. The fact that this was my first visit and I never had a problem with Jersey Mike’s, avoid this store and get a better experience at the one on Hwy 96 which I have been to and loved thanks to the owner years ago.
