I really dig their Potato Cheese Soup! Staff is always friendly, and they have an all you can eat salad bar for those who are inclined. We try to come here often.

I love places that have salad bar, and this is one of them. It’s not a big salad bar, but there is enough to choose. The waitresses are polite the prices are ok, and the food is really good. Once, I even tried the onion liver, which i thought maybe i was going to regret it, but on the contrary, I love it.

Visiting California my girlfriends and I were looking for a place to eat that wasn’t “fast-food”… it took us a while to find a mutual location but thank goodness this place popped up in our search. I do mean in the car driving type of search. The food was amazing, the service was beyond attentive and quality of both food and service was impeccable.

For clarity, we had never been here before. We came in at 4:45 pm yesterday, June 30, 2023. The host on duty when we entered did not make a good first impression. He looked unprofessional for a restaurant’s front of house staff—Baggy jeans, untucked baggy t-shirt, gold chain. He grunted out “How many?” without saying “welcome” or anything. He led us to our table, tossed the menus on the table and walked away before we had even made it to the table, all without saying a word. We saw him seat several other tables in this same manner throughout our meal. It was a poor first impression for what was otherwise a fine experience.

Awesome restaurant with best food a ND good value. The pork chop or ribeye is our favorite! Unfortunate for the coming changes with the new development, but hopefully same feel and food at the new location in the future

This is a beautiful restaurant with outside patio that is lovely. The food is great, especially the carne asada plate, and the service is quick and friendly. My only complaint is the margaritas. They are good but very little tequila in them. I had 2 as did others. They were weak and not worth the cost.

Stopped by Old California Mining Company for some dinner by my lonesome. The place has tons of character and the staff were on their game! I got the country fried steak with garlic mashed and a side of the potato soup. The soup was fantastic and tasted like a liquified loaded baked potato… YUM! The country fried steak was cooked well and had a delicious crispy & flakey breading, unfortunately the gravy tasted a bit generic….fine, but nothing special.

I ordered a Cabo salad and substituted the chicken for blackened shrimp. There were no red onions put on the salad and no cheese. The shrimp was not blackened but they brought over some red onions and cheese and I would have been fine with that but the shrimp was jelly and undercooked in the middle so I decided to get the salmon instead. It was so uncooked in the middle that I had to wait until I got home to microwave it so I cld eat it. Also the veggies were not even grilled just some pepper sprinkled on them. This place is a joke and I will never come back again! And they don’t even give you much rice to make it look worth the money. I’m sorry but this place is a rip off and I really would like my money refunded.

The food was fantastic, and came out in the perfect amount of time. The Cadillac margaritas were yummy, and not light on the alcohol. All that aside…. our waiter….. our waiter is the only reason I am taking the time write this review. That kid is freaking fantastic! His name is Toni and he was literally the best waiter I have had in a very long time. I have eaten in some very nice establishments from here to Colorado and I must say, he is the reason when I come home to visit I will be returning. He was kind and attentive. Conversational, but not overly chatty (ya known where you get a little uncomfortable?) Even when he got busy, we were never left wantng for anything. I am not the one to beg management for much (had I not been fighting tears going through a lot personally, which he helped keep at bay with his amazing positivity I would of spoken to management personally) but please give this kid some recognition, he deserves it. Thank you Toni. For making my hard night so much Brighter, I know it may not have seen like much to you, but to this Stranger it meant the world. Blessed Be Kid.
