Potato soup is nothing like it used to be. More like Cheese Whiz soup with a few potatoes in it. Not creamy milky base. Since Covid a lot has changed in many restaurants and this is just one I noticed at O’Charley’s. All else was good. Great server for our group!

Yesterday we decided to eat here for the first time and I’m so glad we did.
I’ll start with our waitress.
She was hands down amazing! She was patient from beginning to end and even gave us insights on anything and everything we needed to know when selecting a food choice. She kept our drinks filled, table clear of clutter and gave us great conversation not to mention she adored the mini one we had with us. Thank you Ashley for an amazing first time experience.
Also a huge thank you to the general manager that went out of his way to check ingredients of a food item for our infant to ensure no food allergies.
Note to the food.
Everything was cooked to perfection and the presentation was everything.
We ordered the following:
Balsamic chicken with asparagus and Mac & cheese
12oz steak with rice pilaf and broccoli (not shown because there was a mistake but our waitress fixed it quickly)
Chicken nachos
Spinach & artichoke dip
Peach and passion fruit unsweetened ice teas.
Nothing was over bearing with seasonings, veggies were fresh and crisp. Even as the steak being a medium rare cook was not chewy given how thick it was.
Overall it was a 5 star experience!

This isn’t my first review of this place, but I believe it was my first review many, many reviews ago. So, it’s time for an update.
The menu here has changed over the years, but it still offers a wide variety of dishes. The prices remain reasonable, and the service has been generally good for most of my visits.
Today, our server introduced herself and apologized for being new. She made a few mistakes, but she quickly recovered from each one. The food was hot and flavorful, and the portions were generous. All three of us at the table were so full that we had to take boxes home with us.

Had a family dinner at O’Charley Friday night. The food was good, not great, but good for a quick dinner. I understand that prices have increased with everything, however I believe the food is very overpriced here. I started with the loaded potato soup. Again, the food was good, but I expected more than 20 small diced potatoes in the soup. The chicken tenders were good but very small. Our server was friendly and helpful. I probably will go again, but I may wait till there is a special.

Service was good, atmosphere was normal for an eatery but the food, was so so good. Group of six and we had everything from nachos and soft pretzel appetizers, two main courses of fried catfish, chicken parmesan, a smash burger, chicken tenders and an assortment of sides. Absolutely delightful and we cant wait to go back and try other menu items!

Nice family restaurant decoration was pleasant and menu was accommodating for people with food intolerance.
Wait staff was slow place was busy at early dinner time.
Had small steak excellent cooked to order my friend had fish and chips and fish looked delicious. He said it was but fries were normal.
The prices were very good .$50.00 for three adults.

I ordered chicken tenders and the seafood combo platter. The portions were not what I expected. It was not as much as normal and the tenders were tiny. The staff worked hard to make it right which we appreciate greatly. We are long time fans of the restaurant and if the owner/management read this, they make sure they don’t change the way things used to be.

ordered a fish dinner the fish was over cooked so badly the pieces were hard and did not have any white meat left was all brown. Meatball sandwich was horrible bun was SOAKED in some kind of oil and was falling apart. The best part of the meal was our server. With the service he provided he should work at a better restraunt than this.

our food was either over seasoned or under seasoned. my baked potato was not cooked whatsoever. My steak was so hard to cut and not to mention my chicken tenders seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours, if you want to call them “chicken tenders” I think its safe to say, we aren’t coming back.
