Had a family dinner at O’Charley Friday night. The food was good, not great, but good for a quick dinner. I understand that prices have increased with everything, however I believe the food is very overpriced here. I started with the loaded potato soup. Again, the food was good, but I expected more than 20 small diced potatoes in the soup. The chicken tenders were good but very small. Our server was friendly and helpful. I probably will go again, but I may wait till there is a special.

I went there for lunch & it was good! Service was excellent. I had the fish & chips.. the fries were not hot but the fish was! The devil eggs appetizer was delicious as well! It was priced good for the amount of food I had.

Friday lunch 1.13.23…Hostess was pleasant….seated right away in booth across from bar… bartender was doing double duty, but was still very attentive to us and had a great smile…. everything was clean….extensive menu…..there is something for everyone and every special diet restriction you might have…food was out fast….grabbed dessert to go….didn’t have the French silk pie, but the fabulous server/bartender took time to recommend cheesecake, and we were glad he did…. strawberry was delicious, but the bananas foster one was sooooooo good!!! My friend said, “Mmmmmm”, everytime he took a bite! Forgot to get a pic of those, but trust me, get it! All around, an enjoyable Friday lunch experience!

Took my M.I.L here for her birthday. It was our first time and it was absolutely amazing! I think the district manager was the one who had seated us, but I’m not 100% sure. But the food was fantastic, our waitress was great. The atmosphere was very calm and chill. Loved it! I will be coming back here when I am in the falls area.

First time eating at this restaurant and my family and I had an awful experience. No one greeted us. We stood up front for way too long. I walked around to try and find someone. When one of the workers, who ended up being our server, came up she did apologize and sat us. I hate to say this, but she was not a great server. I am a server myself and no matter what my day is like I’m friendly and talk to my tables. She was very awkward and didn’t really speak to us. I still left her a tip I am not that type of person, but if she would of been more friendly I would of gave her more because the food isn’t exactly her fault. I hope that other customers have a better expiernce than we did. I don’t think we will be back.

We have gone here for years with good experiences. We went there for my birthday. Food was not good. Chicken was cold. Mac and cheese was dry and unflavored. Ribs had been prepared days ahead of time. Tasted like leftovers. Service was terrible. We will not be back. Very disappointing.

My friends and I met at O’Charley’s to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress, Hope, was courteous and attentive. She knew just when to appear to fulfill our requests and did so expediently. She was gracious and kind. You are blessed to have her in your employ. Thank you Hope, for such a pleasant experience.
