Been a long time since I have been to O’charleys, so there were some changes. A lot less pie flavors on the menu, but the ooey gooey pie was still there. The appetizers have leveled-up – definitely more upscale. The meatballs were Italian restaurant quality. The stuffed crab was so good, you might have to fight over the last one! The rolls are still served hot and haven’t changed. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Went to this restraunt today with my wife and son. I ordered the country chicken tender meal, wife got chicken tenders and steak meal, kid got the chicken tender slider kids meal. The food was all delicious and cooked correctly. I would recommend any of these meals. The reason for 4 stars was due to slow service. It is actually something I’ve come to expect from this restraunt chain. We had to wait quite a while for refills and anything else we needed from our waitress. Other than that service was good.

We were THAT family tonight. We came in 20 mins before close but India was so happy to serve us and when I say she was INCREDIBLE!! I mean incredible!!! She told us not to rush and enjoy our food and she was extremely attentive and her hospitality hit a home run!! The food is ALWAYS amazing, we LOVE the Louisiana sirloin!! I’m really sad to see a lot of locations closing but happy we got to experience it again after being gone for so long!! Thank you so much India!!

My family and I recently had the chance to dine at O’Charley’s and had an extremely wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Trinity. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and had a wonderful smile and a cheerful personality. She was very attentive to our many many needs. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I feel like this rating is based on my last 5 experiences. Steak was to be medium rare to medium as we always ask for it to be, and got it well done as they seem to always deliver it to the table. Chicken tenders are obviously just sitting under a heat lamp all day as I’ve had fair food more fresh than what has become of those famous tenders. I literally took one bite of the tender salad and spit it back out and left it on the table. By far the worst Long Islands around town. Servers are always sweet and i hope they all find other restaurants to work at where the kitchen and bar will not negatively impact the experience they are trying so hard to provide guests.

We went on Valentine’s Day (our Anniversary) and there was a 30 min. wait because of the volume of people taking their sweeties there and they a lot of to-go orders. The kitchen became backed up for a bit but after a half hour we were seated and was waited on very quickly with our drink order and a basket of rolls. We ordered an appetizer and had it brought to us In about 20 minutes. Our main course came to us In about a half hour. It was hot, and delicious! Wait staff was friendly and kept our glasses filled and was very attentive.

A great place for a casual lunch or dinner with a variety of dishes on their menu. Overall great experience, the only suggestion we had for improvement was the freshness of the salad. It was good, just didn’t taste as fresh as it has in the past. The rolls are delicious as always and we didn’t have a wait to be seated. My 8-year old niece was with us and they have a wonderful activity page with crayons that kept her busy until our food arrived.

It was good. The food dint take long to arrive our server, Brittany was great. She kept our drinks full and was very polite. A good family joint with affordable cuisine. The kids menu has good options and I recommend the cobbler, super good.

After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge we were there and to take our drink order. I could understand if they were busy, but over half the restaurant was empty. I’m not sure who’s running this location but they may want to look into getting better customer service training for their employees.
