this mcdonald’s is wild. mostly kids working here who act like they are untrained. workers do help but act like they hate everyone. i know it’s huge for food delivery for downtown which is dope. but how do you undercook nuggets and make a sandwich way off? managers working there always take the simple jobs from what i was told. and they don’t train properly. sprite was good though 😀

Went to two different Mcdonalds ordered the same thing and both times they got my order wrong . McDonald’s on south 13 in milwaukee the worker came to the window to hand me my order she was eating made me to believe that she ate food out my order.McDonald’s on 3rd and National in milwaukee gives you an order that belongs to someone else and tells you that you was the last customer for tonight but have long lines of people waiting in line to order.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is ridiculous. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME…I order something for delivery there’s at least one thing missing. I always give them the benefit of the doubt. However, last evening they outdid themselves. I ordered 2 Big Macs, 2 plain burgers, 2 ten piece Mc Nuggets with Honey Mustard Sauce and 2 medium fries.

Used to be the best McDonald’s on the north side. I always place my orders through the mobile app because it is easier than trying to explain to the workers how I want my food. I always request that there be no cheese on my fillet O fish sandwich however they placed cheese on this sandwich. Aside from that the food was Luke warm at best. Also I always request there be no salt on my fries and they gave me salted cold fries. I attempted to call them but I was hung up on twice. The pictures I have included are pictures of the last two meals I purchased from this location. They have both been extremely disappointing.

Has went down in quality a massive amount in the last few months. The redesign of the store has turned into cold soulless shell. The place is always a chaotic mess anytime you go inside. and last time I tried drive thru they forced everyone to come inside to order. Orders are constantly messed up online and in person. Parking lot is a mess. Seems to have taken a large downward turn. Last time I was there you could hear staff loudly talking about how there wanted to “beat some guys ass”. Even with out the fact that the restaurant is unprofessional and chaotic. Everything about the redesign screams “we don’t want to you come eat hear. Please just do an online order and leave.

On the app, they will mark your order as completed before they even start making it. Made us wait almost 30 minutes for a very small order and gave us attitude when we asked about the order. Poor manager looks like she’s ready to leave.

I’m not the type to normally review restaurants but this place gets me fired up. I went to the restaurant tonight and used my mobile app to get a deal for a buy a quarter pounder and get a Big Mac for $0.29. They ask my to pull over which isn’t a big deal and the lady comes out with my food and asked “did you get the quarter pounder and a large fry?” I said “no I got the quarter pounder Big Mac and large fry” and then she hands me my food and just says here you go. As I am driving away I realize I’d not have the Big Mac. I even told her it wasn’t the right order and she proceeded to give me it anyways without saying anything. I don’t get how you make me wait and STILL GET IT WRONG. This is the second time an event similar to this has happened. The first time was an employee saying “is it all there?” And it wasn’t. So there’s just no way he asked me that without knowing it wasn’t all in there. It’s just really disappointing because this place is right down the road for me and the perfect place to stop and get food when I’m tired or it’s late. However, you just never know if you are going to be getting all your food and the employees just don’t seem care that you aren’t. Also the only reason I didn’t rate the food is because you can’t rate food quality if you didn’t even get it!
