I loved this bar! Callie was a great waitress. The atmosphere was amazing! The mousse was to die for. The drinks were also really good. The live music was nice as well. You can explore a little of the hotel when you go in too. It was such a cool experience.

Had dinner here Saturday night. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in many years. The young woman who was my server (I think), would not engage me, I had to flag her down each time I wanted to order a drink, appetizer, or meal. The expediter brought out an appetizer I didn’t order, and forgot my drink order. When the appetizer I did order was brought out, no napkins or utensils were brought to my table. The lady bartender came by and I asked her for napkins & utensils, and she blamed the server for not doing her job and threw some paper napkins down on the table. I finally got the diner I ordered and the bill after flagging down the server one final time. The food and drinks were alright, but the whole experience wasn’t good. If you’re in Durango down on Main, there are several other places to eat in this price range within walking distance you might try 1st. I think i would have gotten treated better at McDonald’s.

We went here all three nights we were in Durango. The first night was excellent. There was a woman bartender who clearly loved her job. She made a great old fashioned and Irish Coffee; and the music was also good. The next night, a guy on ukulele was doing his best; my wife orders an Irish Coffee again, but when the bartender brings it she apologizes they are out of whipped cream. Ugh. So we try again tonight. No music, and we sit upstairs for the first time, only to discover they ignore you upstairs. So I finally go downstairs to get our drinks and the bartender serves my Bulleit rocks cloudy. I asked what that was and he said he accidentally spilled some Baileys in it. Really?!

Had a pretty magical experience here. Soft snow slowly drifted outside the large windows of the bar as I drank my perfectly executed hot toddy that warmed me up nicely and a man did covers of Led Zeppelin and The Beatles. The drinks were well done, the music was well played, the atmosphere was very cool and pretty chill. The decor was ornate and reminiscent of a distant time but the environment was still relaxed. Doesn’t get much better than all of the above.

Super disappointed. I understand it is the holiday season, but sitting for 25 minutes and having to walk to the bar to order food, and the order was wrong. Had to go back up and order more drinks and food, a second time. Not ONCE did anyone check in with us. Our server, Ava did an excellent job being a barback but failed to offer service for our much deserved date night.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. The cocktails were primo and the apps unique. We arrived right at 4pm with our young kids. By 420 it was packed.

I spotted this Spiritorium the first time we drove downtown and I was intrigued. I was destined to go here during our 9-day stay and I am so happy we made it. *smiles*

This place will totally screw you on the flights and then tell you it’s posted by the door. It is posted by the door on a small piece of paper in the menu box. $64 for a flight of sub par whiskey is rediculous and they should tell you when you order it what the the price is. The guy playing guitar inside was great and the ambiance is great. Just be careful of the screw the tourist culture.

Great cocktail bar and restaurant in the historic Strater Hotel in Downtown Durango. We went on a Saturday night and they had a guitar player playing great music. Our group ordered several cocktails and entrees – a vegetable pasta, stuffed acorn squash, Chile rilleno, and Mahi mahi, and everything was super tasty. The wait staff was super friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommended
