Let me start off by saying, Corrina, you are a remarkable server! We came in yesterday evening and it was a little hectic so she had to take on more tables than usual. Although overwhelmed, she made sure we were taken care of and made sure to check on us frequently (along with her many other tables) to ensure we had a great first visit. The food was delicious as well! We will definitely be visiting again!

The County Style Tenders are a hit! Smothered in brown gravy/mushrooms–very delicious! Without–the tenders might have suffered a bit of dryness. The Loaded Mac N Cheese lacked flavor. I was hoping it would be dynamite! Overall, I liked my dish but I can’t say the same for my wife.

Ended up at this location by accident, but hey, it happens. Great service, our server was attentive and friendly. I personally didn’t like the dish I got, I thought the gravy lacked flavor and had too much black pepper, and the chicken was dry. However, the rolls and appetizers were great.

Ordered food for my family and I today and was highly dissappinted for my first time. Nothing had a lick of seasoning on it! Not the fish, potatoe skins, the stuffed crab, not even the fries had salt! I also ordered 2 chicken tender slider kid meals and what I got was a hot mess! 2 rolls with a piece of cheese on top and pickles sitting in the plate, with a handful of fries. You know it’s bad when your kids don’t even eat it. Will not order again.

Kayla was awesome made my evening better after a long rough day! Very attentive to my needs. Food was not very good but could’ve just been my choice so not ruling it as bad cuisine. But Kayla though she was bartender and server killing it effortlessly!

Came here with my daughter Sunday 03/05/23 the bartender started out really nice and then got an attitude after bringing my cocktail to the table I tasted it and said it tasted like kool-aid! Then this tall female waitress brought our food and started talking over my food telling what is was before setting the plate on the table! Why do these restaurants not teach their servers not to talk over ones food when serving?!! So now everyone has an attitude the bartender server has not come back to see if I wanted another drink nothing! Even the manager said the girl should’ve had a serving tray! Customer service definitely Sucks here!! Wouldn’t recommend due to the awful customer service!! The bartender stated mam this is OCharleys were not a classic restaurant to get good service like that! Like WOW Really Y’all need to get it together cx service should be on point no matter where you eat! On the platter the chicken strips were still raw on the inside and the batter still wet ! We will never eat here again!!
