We had a wonderful dinner here! The place is new and very clean and modern. The Ribeye was amazing. The T-Bone was good, I just didn’t like the big season kernels that were overpowering. The shrimp was spectacular. The rolls were hot and fresh! Oh, and the pot stickers were scrumptious as well. It was a good dining experience. I highly recommend you try the ribeye.

We need to get the word out about this restaurant. Excellent steak & polite service. Building is modern & clean, but easy to miss from the highway. It’s hard to have good seafood in a landlocked state, making half the menu less desirable. The Seafood-Bake comes with melted cheese on top, strange but not bad. Did not like removing cheese from shrimp tails before eating.

Nice building, very clean decor… but staff is very inexperienced. The food for the price could have been better in a good few areas. Ensure the temperature of your steaks as well as the rarity to your liking. Several of our steaks came out rarer than ordered with mine coming out cooked as requested, but quite cold.

Very clean and not Celt decorated restaurant. Waitress was friendly. Food was displayed nicely. Disappointed that the salad was only spring mix and nothing else with a little bit of dressing on top, next time we will ask for the dressing on the side. The rolls were dry and not good, the fried fish was not cooked all the way and was chewy not flaky. Disappointed the the fries were such a small serving. The honey chicken and ribs were good. Maybe in a few months they will improve and my rating will at least go to a 4

We have been waiting to try this place, heard good thing. Tonight was the night, hungry for good steak. Will not be going back. $75 for 3 adult and 2 kids Chinese buffet, yep I said Chinese buffet.

4 out of 5 got sick after here. Since they moved into the new building the food is HORRIBLE. We have been loyal customers of Taste Island for years. Won’t be back. To pricey and just disgusting!!

Overall, I would probably not be back for a repeat. The restaurant seems to have an identity crisis. As an Asian-American, I really wanted to like this place. The mix of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese inspired dishes was nice but there was a good bit of American dishes like fried shrimp and steaks. Normally this would be great but the execution was not on point, more on that below. I wish they would focus on one or the other as far as cuisine and I believe the quality would improve. There was a lot of wasted garnish and I felt like my money was better spent at Roadhouse for American or Seoul Kitchen for Asian.

Service wasn’t bad but I would not eat here again if someone paid for my food. You get imitation sea food and it’s not good. The broccoli and cheese tasted like it was cooked 3 or 4 days earlier and left out to sour and heated and served… Nasty. I’m sure they mean well, but just don’t go there.
