I’de been looking for an irish pub to introduce my husband to Irish pub food because I knew he’d be surprised to learn bar food can be as amazing as a 5 star restaurant if it’s an irish pub but I hadn’t had luck in NJ, until we found THIS place. WOW. FOOD SO AMAZING WE’RE TRAVELLING BACK! And don’t even get me started on the service. The lady who waited on us made it feel like we were at family’s, being catered and tended to like we were children of the house who’d come back for Christmas! Read on to read about the dishes we got:

First and last time coming to this place. The only good thing was the calamari, the chili is supposed to have seasonings in it. The vodka sauce is supposed to have vodka in it as well, that’s one of the main ingredients that gives it its distinct flavor. I’m just glad that I can take it home and fix it so it tastes like it’s supposed too. And this is NOT IRISH FOOD!!

So I met a friend of mine here to have a brief business meeting. When I arrived I was able to find parking on the street nearby. When I walked in, the place was dimly lit and I asked Javier, the bartender if I can sit at the table top. He said yes and asked if I was going to eat. I told him yes and he then asked if I wanted to sit in the dining area and I declined. I ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. My friend ordered the Oak Barrel salad and a glass of wine. The good part about my dish was the chicken was flavored well and the fries were fresh and good. The bread on the other had was dry and falling apart. They definitely need some different rolls. My friend said the salad was pretty good. The bill came to about $28. All in all I had an ok experience.

Ya know.. this local pub delivers! My 2 faves.. the sliders with the cheese pickle and onion ring..yummy..to the simple pasta vodka.. with side salad.. really decent (considering its not an Italian restaurant) and reasonably priced.. check out out

Not bad but you can tell a lot about a place by their bathroom. I like to wash my hands before sitting down and first impressions are roomy but not kept up bathrooms, sets up for disappointment. However, good beer good prices and food was prepared well. Bartender was very attentive.

Never going again. Heard all sorts of good comments. But after multiple attempts waitress couldn’t get my order right. Tried to palm someone elses off on me . Rare burger with cheddar cheese and lettuce and tomatoe is not brain surgery. Never bothered to listen to find out how far off she was and never apologized. I never got my order.

Stopped here on a Sunday with my best friend for a belated birthday celebration. Unfortunately when we walked in the kitchen was closed but the owner suggested maybe a drink and we sat in for a little and played cards. The owners hospitality was great even though we stopped in a little after 9 and talked to us about the old card game we were playing. I will update my review once I experience how the food is.
