I wish I had read the reviews before spending 20$ on food. It was not good!! The bagels were stale as can be and the chicken salad . I don’t even know what it was made of. Don’t waste your time. Not NYC quality at all! Einstein bagels are better….bleh.

Great service! Pretty good cream cheese! But the bagel itself tasted day old then frozen then warmed up just too hard. Bagel chips were nice though seemed fresher then the bagel.

Ordered through grubhub. How does a bagel shop that offers lattes not know how to make an iced latte? I ordered a caramel iced latte and got this frozen coffee concoction that was neither a latte or caramel. How incompetent can you be? How do you offer espresso drinks and not know how to make a latte over ice? Seriously. Then there’s the breakfast burritos that I ordered. They were very meh. Definitely not bothering with this place again.
