I called there on a Friday morning when they opened. I told them I wanted to reserve tables for 12 people. For a birthday party and drop off a cake. Thank goodness they said yes. We all had a wonderful time. Thanks, Norm’s the Pizza.

Ordered chicken Parm sandwich everyone knows that comes with a chicken breast breaded fried served with marinara and cheese. Here I was served a chicken Patty covered in sauce and charged almost 10 dollars this is ridiculous. Most people jus judge a pizzeria off of its pizza and then chicken parm and then meatball parm. The pizza was decent but this chicken parm is an embarrassment to anyone who calls themselves Italian or serves Italian style food. You have lost a customer and will make sure to tell all about this experience you buy a bag of frozen Pattie’s for 14 bucks at Sam’s club throw mozzarella cheese and some sauce on it and charge us for premium products. Disrespectful and it makes me want to get back in business more and more to show what Real food is Very disappointing!!!!!!

Stopped in at norms pizza today party of five. We got round meatball pizza,18 cut of square w/onion, hot butter garlic wings and mozzarella sticks. Everything was perfect. I only gave 4 stars because we all asked for garlic powder. The waitress came back with enough powdered garlic in a sauce container for like 3 cuts of pizza. She said no garlic shakers because of humidity. I call it being stingy on the garlic powder.

One of the very best pizza places in Northeastern PA. Everything is delicious. From the pizza to the wings. Even their fries are amazing. Their stuffed pizza is spectacular! I love the Wisconsin sharp cheddar they use. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and efficient and I’ve never had a bad meal here. Just try it. You won’t regret it!

Food is good, but not standout. The party I was with said pizza and appetizers were average. I’m gluten free so had to get a salad. I got the antipasto. It was large, fresh, and typical of an Italian place. Service was okay, but we had to ask for refills and it was a bit hard to get our server’s attention, despite being one of only two tables at the time.

So disappointed in Norm ‘s. Got a cheese steak sub. The sorriest thing I’ve seen. Nothing on it, just a little bit of chopped up meat. No cheese, no peppers or onions. Nothing.

Called for a take out around noon said 30 min. Went 40 min later and not even started. If you only get 30 min lunch time then can’t wait. If your going to say 30 min wait should take 1 hour

Always very good food and still very good prices. Got a chef salad with extra dressing and a bowl of French onion soup for $13. Not bad at all and it was delicious. They have the best chicken noodle soup and homemade French dressing. French onion soup was awesome too. I wish they had more locations. Such a good place
