Her name is Coya she is the worst server I have ever had in my life. She literally did not ask if I was ready to order she just turned around and stared at me. She then proceeded to make someone else’s sub in the process of making mine. She then came back and wrapped up my order when I was not done. Did not apologize. She clearly hates her job and appeared to be unhappy with the staff. This type of disrespect is unacceptable. I had to leave my food.

This location doesn’t seem to traffic many customers, I’m afraid if things don’t improve management will close down this restaurant.

The inventory is very low and I wouldn’t advise customers to order from this location.

However, if customers would order more management would have no choice but to add more inventory.

Therefore, that issue may seem like a paradox.

The customer service is very friendly and professional so that’s a positive issue.

The food is just as good as more trafficking restaurant locations.

I’m just sharing with customers what they might encounter if they order from this location certain things might not be available like certain bread, ice and they had no drinks when I ordered.

First. I don’t write reviews very often. Only if the place is horrible or amazing. This subway is just that. Amazing. Walked in the door and was welcomed right away. She was restocking the veggies and asked what I would like. I told her and she remembered everything without me having to tell her again. As she was making my first sub. She asked about my second and remembered. She was very nice to me and she (at the time) was already an hour past her shift change. Still had a smile on her face, friendly, chatting with me, and just mad me feel comfortable.
I didn’t get her name, but whoever this is needs a promotion. ASAP.

The manager at Central Ave location is a trooper, she cut herself while preparing my salad and didn’t skip a beat. She quickly removed herself and took care of her cut while another worker stepped in without any complaints, they have great teamwork.

It’s such a nice surprise to get service above and beyond expectations. I walked in and was greeted, and asked if I knew what I wanted, I had no idea, so instead of just waiting, the young server asked what type of bread I may want, what size sandwich, therefore helping get my order started. I had a tasty garlic chicken sandwich.

I have never had a bad experience at this location from the employees until today & it wasn’t even a bad experience just a lack of knowledge. I ordered a cold cut on white bread…I got a bologna sandwich on stail white bread…the meat wasn’t prepared prior like it normally is which was not a problem. no salami or ham like I should have received on my sub. When I questioned it she just said no ma’am that’s all the meat (I knew it wasn’t true but I didn’t was to cause a scene about a sandwich) got home & took a bite & realized how hard the bread was. I couldn’t even eat it & couldn’t take it back as i live too far away from the particular location. I recommend better training on the knowledge of what goes on what sub

The ladies in this store on Central today was fantastic . She fix the best sandwich ever Sunday at abt 12 :30am. We had a great conversations. I did not get her name but she made my day feel better. I will gladly go to this spot from now on for my sandwich and I will get her name next time. It very clean and welcoming sandwich shop.

Ordered my food to be ready curbside at 2 pm. Sat outside until 2:10 and decided to call. There were two workers inside of an empty restaurant who decided not to pick up the phone.

Walked INSIDE and the sandwich artist told me that they were out of HAM AND TURKEY. NEITHER SANDWICHES THAT I ORDERED WERE MADE!! The chips I wanted were not available, nor was the drink.

Left the restaurant at 2:25 when it should have been ready at 2 pm.

Will not be returning.

This was the most pleasant Subway experience I’ve ever had!! Very friendly, patient (I had young kids ordering) and an enjoyable time. Mary was the best and made the midway point of a very long road trip worth the stretch!!Awesome service. I came last week after work for an event that was going to be held there to decide what movie we would be watching. I ordered the meatball marinara meal with chips and a drink. The person who served me was very patient and had a pleasant attitude. Thanks again!!

Placed online order at 7:50pm from work (their posted time says close at 10:00pm) arrived at 8:07pm. and they were closed doors locked. They had been closed for sometime cause chairs were all up and floor moped.
I was told to go online for my refund. Online I was told to return to store for refund. So, I made 2 trips to same store for the hassle of a refund. No recognition or compensation for all my wasted time.
How can an individually owned store close 2 hours early .. but take payments and waste customer’s time.
