I went to get my pick up order when I got home my order was wrong. This is so upsetting. I will never order from here again. I had seasoning on my noodles after I asked for no seasoning. My Mac and chesse has some weird black stuff in it. The noodles are dry, it doesn’t taste fresh. Flavorless.

Very Disappointed. For me to spend $40 on pasta, I should’ve had a decent meal. I ordered 2 chicken Alfredo penne meals. First off the food was dry and that’s with paying for extra sauce. Seems like they threw plenty plain noodles in the bowl. Then put a small amount of sauce on top. It barley had toppings. Barley had chicken barley had spinach. I will never order here again especially after this experience. I should’ve checked the reviews initially. Seems like this location has been disappointing a lot of customers.

Slow! The restaurant was empty and only one party ahead of me. It took a full 20 minutes for our two dishes to come out of the kitchen. The staff plopped it in front of us without a word. Rice noodles were undercooked.

I’m very disappointed with the fact that the staff could kind of care less. I was just in and went to pick up my order. I specifically put *No Tomatoes* and on the sheet it says no tomatoes sub tomatoes. I went inside and let them know that I asked for no tomatoes and the lady let me know that I put SUB tomatoes so she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Disappointed I walk away with the same container I walked in with but I can’t say I’m surprised.

Food is really good and so is the portion option. They keep bringing new items every season that gives you more variety. Ordered zoodles(zucchini plus noodles) with chicken and gluten free pasta with grilled chicken. Both were tasty.

i ordered a penné rosa with EVERYTHING ON IT and spaghetti and the penné rosa noodles were dry because it barely had sauce there was noo cheese and not everything was on it like there is everytime i order here. the only reason i put three stars was because of the spaghetti. this place has changed drastically since the last time i ordered here, very disappointed.

I love noodles but everyone should think twice before ordering here. I’ve had nothing but problems. Multiple to go orders have been wrong, missing chicken, cream not removed from penne rosa, wrong and random veggies included, veggies I wanted removed included. Customized cheese to the non normal and don’t get it. My drink cup is never included in the bag.

Ordered from the Noodles app for delivery. Was brought the wrong order. When I called to tell the store, I was told my order was sitting on the counter still and I could come get it. No, I couldn’t. If I could have, I wouldn’t have asked for delivery. I asked for a refund, talked to a manager about it, but still haven’t seen the refund on my card. I’ll give it a couple more days then…? When I have my car again go pick up the order? I’ll let you know how that turns out.
