If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this shop. I drove a long distance to this location. When I got home, I realized they completely messed up my pickup order. Got a bag full of 15 sesame bagels. Did not pick up phone when I tried calling them. I decided to drive back. They were rude and did not apologize (including the manager). They remade my order and forgot my drink.. I informed them that I touched the bagels to see if my order was in the bag. They said they would “take care of them”. Customers could be served those bagels in the future which is very gross. Do not go here.

Took almost 25 minutes to actually get a bagel as the services was super slow. In finally got a Jalapeno Cheddar bagel and there was only 1 jalapeno and minimal cheese. Definately looking for a new bagel place!

The bagels are tougher than a well done steak. The assembly is extremely messy. Veggies are warm, not fresh. I don’t see how you can serve slimy wilted brown spinach to someone. I paid for this?? Wow what a rip off. I won’t be back.

I ordered a veg out sandwich and was very disappointed with it. There was literally one onion, on cucumber and the smallest amount of avocado. The bagel was tough to eat and basically burnt toasted with a bunch of lettuce

Had to ask for one of our three sandwiches to be remade because they didn’t make it right. Also had to ask them for the muffin we purchased because they did not include it with our order. They remade it without hesitation, but as we ate inside I watched another five customers come back with messed up orders.

While I love the food from Noah’s, the customer service is completely lacking. I order ahead on the mobile app and it gives a 20 minute estimated ready time. When I arrive to the store 25 minutes later, my order is not made and has a sticker that’s says, “please see cashier” (because they are out of a specific bagel). So I then have to wait in the line (the exact reason I ordered ahead- to avoid the line) and then have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready. It should not take 45 minutes on a Saturday morning for me to get 2 breakfast sandwiches.
