People at Noah’s NY Bagel were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was good, and the price was reasonable. The only reason I am providing a 4 star rating is that I ordered an Avocado toast and what I got was “completely frozen” and “unripe” avocado on the bagel/toast. I don’t think it was intentional and I don’t think that it happens every day, I would like to think of it as an isolated incident so I am giving a 4 star (instead of 3!). 🙂

Terrible service at 1pm on Friday. There was no other customer in the store yet with 4 workers around I still had to wait over 10 mins for my cold sandwich! Wasn’t even heated. The sandwich on made on top of the bare counter not the paper wrapper. Person making my sandwich also decided to take out the trash while making my sandwich!! My first and last stop here.

No point in ordering ahead on their site or an app, very frequently out of an item or bagel type, so then the order doesn’t get made until you get there and catch someone to resolve that, and you have to be proactive. Always understaffed but friendly.

Good, it’s not in Willow Glenn so there is none of that snobbery you find over there. Decent, fast service. It caters to the tech industry serfs, and they don’t make lattes, that’s why there’s a Starbucks next door. Nice bagels and the flavored cream cheese is good too.

Bagel and shmear taste great. They are always running out of jalapenos gormet bagels or other good ones. Egg sandwich taste good but expect some egg shells to ruin it overall a bit pricey for what you get.

I am so disappointed in the way they treated me . I went in for a honey wheat bagel with cream cheese and I walked out with a bagel with honey . I drove back and told them this is not what I ordered very politely. I got my second bagel and went to my car, only to get a second bagel with honey. I realized that they took my order wrong . So I got back in line to order another one but with cream cheese . The young girl then seen me and yelled at me across the store . Cream cheese right . Cream cheese . !? I was taken back and I really wanted to be just as rude but I kept my cool and just nodded my head. I was ready to pay for the correct bagel. I didn’t want a freebie ! I wanted my bagel . So now I finally got the bagel and I drove off . As I open it and now on the freeway I almost Choked on my bagel from how dry it was. The disrespect was beyond me. I will never go back because of the rudeness of this place. The young girls that work there should not work at a place that serves people. The Customer service is not good ! It is never ok to yell at people across the store. Very rude . Also the young girl with the nose piercing didn’t wear her mask properly. it’s just not sanitary to work with food and have your nose hanging out .I’m glad that house of bagels is just across the street I now have found a good place to get my morning bagels .

Went here to get some bagels. Overall they seem to follow the Covid measures and it was clean location. The server at the register seemed pretty confused, I ordered for bagel with hummus and they didn’t know much about different veggie options available there. I took my takeout order and as I was about to eat I noticed the hummus was missing. So I went back to the store and asked, the person at the register said we don’t have hummus. I wish they can be pretty more active while taking the orders and save the hassle for customer to go back to the store.
