New guy named aiden makes the worst bagels i have ever had here and ive eaten at least 1000 bagels from this one with some pretty bad bagels every single one of his bagels have basically no cream cheese and/or taste like garlic. This is the 6th time at least

Mimi was the most kind and helpful person! She made us feel seen and appreciated like we were having a fine dining experience. Her enthusiasm and personal touch did not go unnoticed. The gal making our bagels was also friendly and very personable. People often approach their jobs with so much bland and begrudging energy, but not Mimi! She made what could’ve been just another bagel buying experience very fun and made us feel special. We left with great big smiles.

The staff at the Einstein’s in Wheatridge Colorado are always cheerful, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. My mailbox key disappeared two days ago, and I have been hunting for it. I returned to Einstein‘s where I had lunch that day. The staff immediately went to look if my keys had been turned in. They were there! My keys were recovered with a kind smile, gracious manner and excellent breakfast. Thank you to everyone at the Wheatridge store for always going above and beyond ordinary service to friendly help.

The staff taking orders was so friendly. I was honestly surprised that there was only one female employee making all the bagels by herself on a Saturday morning, when it is busy.. manager came out for one second but did not help. So service took forever to get the bagel because it is such low staff.. so very slow. Shoutout to the female employee working hard!

The first problem was that my account had apparently expired. I tried several times to reset my password, and finally had to create another account. My organization is tax-exempt and there was no option at all of who to call about this. I was in a hurry to get the order in for the next morning, so I need to figure out the tax later, I guess.
Ordered two dozen bagels and 3 carafes of coffee online to be picked up by 7:50am. I arrived at 8:00am and only the bagels were ready. The coffee took about 20 minutes, then though I asked them several times, there was no creamer, sugar, stirrers, napkins. I got them only after I asked for them. I looked through the box and there were no plates or knives either as requested. I should have looked again because there was also no cream cheese! So everyone gets to eat a dry bagel. Finally got my order at 8:25am, which means I get to rush around to make up the time.

Wow! Best Einstein Bagel location I’ve ever been to anywhere, hands down, period. I ordered our food 2 hours ahead of time and it was fresh and ready right on time. Not only was it fresh but the order was perfectly prepared with no mistakes. I’ve had so many bad Einstein experiences across the country that I’ve just come to expect mediocrity but damn I wish this place was my local shop. Thank you for such a great experience

Great Einstein’s. Decided to go here to get some bagels since we were near this location. Really nice. Staff friendly, place clean, and most importantly, delicious cream cheese and bagels! The everything bagels are delicious, the asiago bagels are good, the sesame yummy, and my French toast one was tasty as well! So was the cream cheese. Took a star away though because they don’t have indoor seating for some stupid reason. So, all in all, great Einstein’s. Will be back!

Ordered a pick up order from door dash. My order was expected to take 30 mins. When I got to the restaurant my pick up order was still being made and I had to wait. If I wanted to wait for my order I would’ve ordered at the store. All the employees always look and seem so frazzled and frantic. The lobby and store was not at all busy when I arrived at the store.
There was also so much cream cheese splatted on ALL 6 of the bagels I ordered that we had to scrape most of it off to even enjoy the bagel. All the bagels I ordered were suppose to be toasted and they weren’t. So very disappointed I spent $30 on bagels that were barely edible.
I would not recommend this Einstein to anyone.

They always mess up my order. I only order a six cheese bagel and a twice baked hash brown, and yet they somehow get that wrong!
