There is a lot that leaves to be desired. Food is pricey for a greedy spoon diner vibe… Not really Retro, just never updated. I feel like this was the place years ago and the love and passion is just not there anymore. We had a party of 5… had a mix of things. Steak sandwich, veggie melt, burgers etc. all were flat and had no flavor. The only Reason it got 2 stars was our server and location.

I had the broccoli cheese bites and Rueben sandwich. Both were very good. Side order of fries was large. I left feeling full. A vegetarian menu is offered – my mother in law said the veggie burger was excellent. The prices are appropriate. We have peanut allergy and there was no trouble accommodating this.

Our server was great. Very personable and attentive. But the curds were not that good and the fish fry was disappointing. I want to give 5 stars for the personal but the food was very disappointing.

I stopped at Nick’s to grab a bite to eat. The food was delicious and the service was quick! I would recommend making reservations we were lucky to have gotten a seat.

We thought our party of 6 had reservations but they couldn’t be found once we arrived. Luckily we arrived early. The staff was accommodating letting us know timeline when table would be available when it was getting set up and when it was ready. The updates and service were over the top. Had a great meal and definitely will be coming back.

Nick’s has been a favorite since the 70s. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. What more could anyone ask for. A bit of yesterday and today. Nick’s has never disappointed.

Stopped by for some dinner and ordered 2 burgers. Both of them were dry with not much flavor. I ordered a feta burger that came with the tiniest sliver of feta. Fries looked and tasted like frozen fries you’d get at the store. Have had better meals at McDonald’s. Not worth $14 a burger.

I live just down the Street so I visit often! Great food, great service! Tom and Dino do a fantastic job. Best Ruebans and Burgers in town and the Hot Turkey sandwich on Thursdays are to die for! Friendly, professional Servers! Shout out to Christine…what a Sweetheart! Love the outdoor sidewalk dining during the summer!

This place was pretty disappointing. Went for dinner with my wife and daughter. The “cheese curds” were just regular cubed cheese that was deep fried. Our burgers were bland and dry. Nothing we ate was worth the cost of the meal. We spent $72 including tip for 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, and cheese cubes. The service was good though. We went there on Ironman Sunday, and the place had only a few patrons. That should’ve told me to go somewhere else. Go to any Culvers and you’ll get better food for a fraction of the cost, and the cheese curds will be authentic too.
