Hibachi restaurant is excellent for a good meal. The quality of choices on the menu are second to none. It has survived when other restaurants have failed. Prices have increased but I understand that . If your in the area give it a try. You won’t be disappointed

In the past when we did frequent this establishment, we thought it was satisfactory. Although it wasn’t our favorite Chinese buffet, it was acceptable, but not this time. We went during lunch. It was so dirty, and the food was awful. We always do the Mongolian grill because we don’t care too much for the items on the buffet, but that was terrible, too. I asked for lots of garlic in my dish but barely got any. My husband asked for hot tea that was brought out in a styrofoam cup??? I had to ask for a teapot and a ceramic cup. The bananas in the banana pudding were dark brown. The area around our table was dirty. Employees standing around talking when they should have been cleaning. The carpet needs to be replaced because it is beyond worn. I won’t go back unless they announce it’s been renovated.

It was on out way home. Husband was wanting sushi. This was a great stop for our family of 3. At dinner prices with drinks, it was under $50. Pretty decent selection of food. I took advantage of the Hibachi Grill side of it.

I called this restaurant just to ask if anyone there could speak Mandarin. The person who answered immediately said, “No Chinese!,” and hung up on me without another word. That was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially coming from a Chinese restaurant. I wasn’t being impolite — I just asked a simple question. This kind of attitude really leaves a bad impression, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service.

A Buffet Past Its Prime, Saved by Good Service

This long-standing buffet restaurant unfortunately shows every bit of its age. The interior condition is severely off-putting: the carpet and floors are in a state that detracts from the dining experience, and it’s clear that repairs, like tape covering a hole in the wall, are only temporary fixes. The décor, which likely felt outdated well over a decade ago, is now in a visible state of decline.

The food selection offers decent variety and traditional combinations. While we ate our fill and found the core offerings satisfactory, some items, like the fresh shrimp, were disappointingly old and mushy in texture.

Thankfully, our server was a true highlight—attentive, friendly, and going above and beyond what one typically expects at a self-serve establishment. His excellent service was a welcome contrast to the surroundings.

Ultimately, the severe wear and tear on the interior made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. This place has a solid foundation with its service and concept, but it desperately needs a significant investment in deep cleaning and renovation.

We went for our anniversery. I knew it had good food with a wide selection. As a former customer service employee, I notice slip and fall hazards. This trip, it was a piece of pineapple on the floor. A discreet mention and it was gone by my next trip through the buffet tables.

Then a family was seated near us. The young child was listening to music on a tablet. At a loud volume. Louder than typical background store music. I had no problem with the child who was very well behavied from what I could tell, but both of us found the volume a bit of an issue. I quietly walked to the host stand, explained the situation and asked if we could move to a quieter table. That accommadation for something that was not in the restaurant’s control turned what might have been a somewhat stressful situation into an enjoyable outing.

They need to renovate the entire interior of the building! The floor carpet? Just look… Nasty too old and gross nasty!! Not clean at all. The atmosphere? Not so clean. The table and chairs are too old! I can’t imagine what the inside of the kitchen looks like.

Took my kids a few weeks ago. We used to go all the time but the food wasn’t as good as it used to be. The lady at the front also charged my card more than my check was. I think she did this thinking I wouldn’t tip but gave me the excuse that their computer just does that and it would go back in my card which was a lie! I don’t think we will be going back.

First time to visit, went at lunchtime. The employees are friendly. The food… its ok, I’ve had better, as some of the items was “cold” that should have been “hot”. The place seemed to be clean, except the bathroom could use a lot of work in repairs and cleanliness.

Not for me. Maybe it was to late in the evening for the good stuff. Didn’t like it. Not a great selection, not good taste even the sushi was below average. The lettuce was like the hard middle stuff that you usually throw away. Had ice cream tho.
