Worst pizza joint in bay area,got 3 pizzas today and I must say where’s the crust very little sauce and the toppings were very little,my pizza felt like it weighed just a pound.terrible terrible terrible.i will curse that place everytime I drive by.

This is a small strip mall pizza joint that is probably best suited for take-out but there are a few tables if you want to eat in. I had the meat-e-or pizza and it was really good. The sauce is tasty, not too sweet. The service was friendly and fantastic. I would definitely visit Straw Hat again next time I’m in the area.

Ordered a pizza & needed to use the bathroom. I went to ask if they had a bathroom and the worker had a starring problem and starred at me up & down and pretended he didn’t understand English. I asked In English, he didn’t know what I said, so i asked in Spanish, he didn’t speak Spanish. After the 3rd time asking in English he finally told me there was no bathroom. I left the store & went to my friends car & he starred hard at my friend & locked the doors at 11PM when their hours say they close at 2AM. I cancelled my order immediately.

tried to place an order, its 1258, i asked for delivery they say they dont do delivery. i was about to say ok ill pick it up but the guy hung up every single pizza place in hayward is pretty bad sad state of affairs for pizza fans like myself. avoid all pizza in (or near) hayward apparently.

Very disappointed in the treatment by staff. I ordered through door dash for a pickup and after receiving confirmation of the order as well a text saying that my food was ready, I drove 30mins just to be told that my order is cancelled. I showed the messages and was told to contact door dash to get a refund & since it’s 2am (at the time of the conversation) their closed and theirs nothing they can do. When I called door dash not only did they tell me that my order was NOT cancelled but still showed in progress & if I cancel it I won’t get a refund. At this point I’m upset & past hungry as well as embarrassed as dashers are on actively picking up orders (even one that was placed after mine). When speaking to a representative from door dash she attempted to call them twice so she can verify I’m not the one cancelling the order and finally spoke to someone on my phone because they was not answering. This was the worst I’ve EVER been treated by a restaurant and I will NEVER recommend or patronize there with the type of staff they have running that establishment. Completely shameful
