Stayed in the crowne for seven days and went to this bar three times. First time for drinks. The drinks were okay bartender was very nice and attentive. Second time the manager lady and server was very rude we tried to order food the close the kitchen before 11 but some other people order food if you get my intake on other people. The server didn’t even come to see if we wanted a drink or anything. The third time the bartender didn’t inform any that the credit card machine was down and ask could we charge to the room or pay cash but once again the other people card work. If I stay in this hotel again I will not order or go to that bar again I will starve if I have. Beware

The staff is horrible. They have bad attitudes and to me dont want to work. The so-called manager thinks she is the shyt and just wants to boss people around. They want to smile and laugh in white folks faces for a big tip and half of them are putting the items on there rooms. They always say the kitchen is closed. I got there at 950 and they said the kitchen was closed. It takes fooooreva for the food to come out. The drinks were ok. It depends on the server. They have passed me sitting for a while to run to others. The portions of the food I can say is alot. For the price, its worth it expect for the wings. They are. $15. For 6. Very overpriced so come prepared. They do have food. Not on the menu so ask like a kids 3 piece tender for $8. Kids are welcomed too to sit only.

Well this place gets no stars from me. For a Restaurant & Bar in the middle of the city this staff cannot handle a rush. My family and I walked in sat down at a table and not once was we greet or asked if we would like anything to drink or eat. Finally when I spotted the server and asked for a menu. 10 minutes went by and still no menu and no server, asked again when I spotted the same server, then I was told to go to the bar to get a menu. NP! Another 15 minutes went by still no server no drinks. Not gonna even discuss the no menu for kids. Went up to bar figuring I could get a drink faster than a food order…. WRONG! Seems them bartender didn’t know who was next and who to serve, cause a lady next to me had been trying to get a drink for about 20 minutes. When seeing the server for the 3rd or 4th time and asked if I can just order some fries for my kids, I was told, “The kitchen isn’t taken anymore orders cause they’re backed up”. So to the snack bar for chips and soda.

Bar and restaurant in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The only dine in option in the hotel for dinner. Not fancy. Perfect for relaxing after a long business day. The food was amazing! Standard bar food but superbly prepared. Wings, pasta, hamburger, club sandwich, chicken quesadilla, salads, artichoke dip, salmon, chicken, steak. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious! Large portions. The only problem was that the restaurant was understaffed. The servers were friendly, worked hard and worked fast, the manager pitched in, but they couldn’t keep up with the demand and there were delays of up to 30 min to an hour at peak times. I didn’t mind the wait, it was worth it.

Bar tender is a gentleman. Smells of pot was in the air in the front entry. Not sure if this is legal, or this city is going m I re lawless.

Waited over an hour for food. One plate had 7 wings, one had 8. No ranch and we specifically asked for it. Wasn’t that busy

Really convenient for my trip to Atlanta, and really good food. I’m a vegetarian and the chef did a great job making a pasta dish work for my restrictions and it was delicious.
