I recently purchased a gallon daiquiri from New Orleans Original Daiquiris at night, specifically the end of the pineapple amaretto flavor, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the taste. The daiquiri had absolutely no flavor and tasted like nothing but water. I was expecting a delicious combination of fruity, sweet, and tart flavors, but instead, all I got was a cup of nasty icy water.

I come here often and the service and the product are great, but not this time. The daiquiri was more like a thawed slushy. If I wanted a slushy I would have got one at the corner store for a lot cheaper and added my own alcohol.

By FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Completely out of line. I for one understand having new employees but the amount of ignorance and disrespect from the woman working there right now is horrendous. I ordered a very simple margarita on the rocks. That she could not make and called someone and charges me for whatever contraption she came up with. NEVER said they didn’t have the mix, never asked if I still wanted it. Overcharged me and told me I could not get my money back. I even left her the change. I will never spend my money here again.

Love the mardi gras mash… Strongly dislike the staff at this location. I find I only stop at this location when I am on this side of town. Also would like to add, whoever makes their jello shots screws them up majorly. When I tried to share my experience with this location I was contacted by a district manager over three days later and he said he would replace my jello shots. I never got them.

I will NEVER go back to this place again. First of all, it took ten minutes for me and my husband to be acknowledged once we got there. Then finally one girl asked my husband what he wanted with an attitude and then we BOTH Gave our ids to her and she never asked me what I wanted. Only my husband got his drink. Stupid people and awful customer service.

Well the daiquiri’s were good and I mean off the chain. My favourite one is the jungle juice but there are many ones to choice from. The location was nice. But the only thing was that the place was too small they had about ten tables but dam near hundred ppl in there. My advice is for them to get a bigger place and more bartenders because it took us about 15 min to get our daiquiri
