Have been going here after the gym with my friend for about a month now and have enjoyed not only the products but also getting to know more about Herbalife and their community. At this location, most people order tea with a shake. You can dine in and order or use the Engage app and choose a pickup time. There is barely a wait. Most of the time, Kristina is waiting for us to choose our flavors

Absolutely love their product and their service. Kristina S knows precisely what suits me. I will get there every chance I can. It is SO worth a stop-by. I’m not even looking to lose weight or change my life. I just like a wholesome palate-pleasing smoothie that won’t make my metabolism go kaflooey. I can get that here. Worth the trip and the price. Been in a few times – overall experience was good. At times felt like you had to be a regular to get talked to aside from the the small talk of hi what can I get you. The shakes are delicious. Pricing is average of all the nutrition bars I’ve been too. Will be back.

New Level Nutrition has been hopping lately and it makes me love this place even more! The Smithfield, RI location has an excellent staff who take the time to really listen to every guest’s questions and I’ve had quite a few questions. Kristina is absolutely wonderful! This club has various contests to keep you coming back for more. As a Herbalife consumer, I’ll be coming here for as long as they’re around.

A dog bothering me is not a good look for a first impression at a restaurant. Menu was absolutely chaotic and impossible to decipher, with staff giving me no direction for ordering except repeating their tea was “good for digestion” over and over again. Ordered a simple smoothie, and was handed a cold tea. Owner insisted that I “check in” or that they couldn’t serve me. Sorry, but I have enough companies trying to collect my information without a ridiculous and poorly run local shop with loud hip hop playing and unhelpful staff trying to do the same. Want a smoothie? Go somewhere else or make your own at home. I walked out.
