The location was very good. The food was good as well. The issue was the service. My wife’s plate came 15 mins before mine. She was almost done while I finally got mine. It’s noodles! I appreciate that they wanted the food to be hot. But they weren’t super busy and the timing of the dishes should have been much better. As mentioned, I’d eat the food again, but I’d get takeout.

Stayed at the Hard Rock for Thanksgiving weekend and ordered takeout for the kids. We were told we could wait—and eat—at the bar across the way. After we plated the kids’ food, an employee suddenly said we couldn’t eat there, and the manager, Missy, came over raising her voice and repeating the same thing. She later admitted the staff was new and gave us wrong info, but still made us leave and eat in the food court. No offer of a table, even though many were open. By then the food was cold, and it wasn’t good to begin with—too salty and dry.
Very unfriendly to families. Manager Missy should stay professional—no manager should raise their voice in front of kids, especially without knowing the situation. A simple exception and a few minutes of cleaning would have avoided all of this.

YouYu is a great Chinese restaurant located inside Hard Rock Atlantic City. The atmosphere is lively and it often gets busy, but the restaurant has plenty of tables and seating so it never feels too crowded. I would recommend making a reservation if you plan to come during dinner hours. We ordered General Tso’s Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Kimchi Fried Rice. Every dish was delicious, flavorful, and came out hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned, the shrimp was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sweetness, and the fried rice was tasty and filling. On top of the food, the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy Chinese food at the casino and I would definitely recommend trying it out.

Their Korean Fried Chicken Wings were very tasty. Not greasy, good crispy batter, and the sauce was great.
I had their Beef Curry Ramen. The flavors were good, noodles were done right, and the beef was tender. The only problem for me was a lot of membrane on the beef cuts in the soup. Otherwise, a decent Ramen spot in Atlantic City

Stopped in here for an early dinner while staying at the hard rock. Was seated at the bar like area around the open kitchen. I was extremely surprised by the quality of the food here and the service. The spring rolls were packed with shrimp And the wings were crispy and flavorful. Don’t even get me started on this pistachio cheesecake it was One of the best cheesecakes that I have eaten anywhere.

A very nice atmosphere for being inside of a casino. The food was good. We had Sweet-and-sour chicken and lomien Noodles. The service However, was very slow. As well as It was not coordinated to come out at the same time. My dinner Was served at least 10 minutes before my husband was.But it is a nice restaurant and a good break from the casino atmosphere.

I ordered the Duck Lai Fun noodle to go from YouYu Down at the Hard Rock Atlantic City and paid $29.60. After driving about 30 minutes home, I opened the container and found that it was only a cup of plain soup with vegetables and noodles — there was no duck at all.
This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price and the fact that I was really looking forward to my dinner. I tried calling the restaurant using the number listed on Google, which connects to the Hard Rock. I was transferred to the restaurant but no one answered, and the call eventually dropped after waiting about 10 minutes.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. I hope they improve their order accuracy and customer service, especially for takeout orders. So please check your order before leave the place.

Reservations are a must or you’ll be waiting for at least an hour . The service was very fast . The decor is intimate for a date night. There is a moderate amount of noise which isn’t terrible considering this is in a casino. The food was fresh and flavorful. The apps are pricey and portions are small. However the entrees are a decent size so that makes up for it. Would come back again for a nice light meal for sure .
