New Grains Gluten-Free Bakery was founded in 2011 by the Lawson family of Provo, Utah, after six family members were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. They began their search for gluten-free products but were discouraged to find the gluten-free market full of tasteless, gritty, dry foods. This lack of high-quality products launched them on a two-year mission to develop recipes for moist, delicious, gluten-free baked goods. They experimented, revised, tested, and reworked recipes until they perfected recipes for the tasty, hearty baked goods that our customers across the country enjoy today. New Grains Gluten-Free Bakery was purchased by the Janotti Family after Mr. Lawson’s passing, and it continues as a cherished family-owned bakery today.

They used to be really good but the recipes have changed and the last English muffins I received were a brown color and didn’t stay crisp after toasting. The sourdough bread used to be sooo chewy now just seems like bread. Emailed them and they didn’t bother to respond so I am not going to use them anymore.

We ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party. Somehow there was as miscommunication and we only got 9 of our twelve cupcakes. But they offered a refund. I stopped and got regular cupcakes for the other kids. All the kids wanted the gluten free ones. They tasted amazing and looked just as elegant as the ones in magazines. Thank you for making it right and baking beautiful cupcakes. Best gluten free cupcakes around.

My husband loves new grains gf sourdough bread but we can’t find it anywhere. I called, 10:15 on a Tuesday morning but they don’t answer and their mailbox won’t accept new messages. Not a way to run a business. If you say you open at 10 you need to do so. And if you make a change let customers know please.

The best tasting gluten free tortillas. They always arrive fresh, but I usually keep them frozen and make quick pizzas with them. I highly recommend if you need to eat gluten-free. Great product!

Hands down the best gluten-free bakery. I found them through a local eatery here in LA and started ordering their products online to cook with at home. Everything I’ve tried thus far is delicious! Often times GF goods are too dry, dense, or gummy… New Grains nails it. My favorite are the english muffins! They make the most amazing breakfast sandwiches.

New Grains GF Bakery has the best tasting GF baked goods that I have tried and I’ve tried too many to count. I love that they offer vegan options as well. Not only do I have a sensitivity to gluten but I’m also allergic to eggs. It’s hard to find GF and egg free breads, wraps, etc. And when I do they are so dry and taste horrible. I’ve tried making my own bread but it never turns out and is too much work. Thank goodness for New Grains GF Bakery! Thank you so much for your great tasting products for those of us with sensitives, you are appreciated!
