I have been coming here since I moved to the area and had no problems. But today I attempted to order a general tso shrimp with chicken fried rice as a combo, I have been ordering different combos before. Not only was the guy on the phone rude.. he didn’t try to help me at all and spoke to me as if I was stupid. I’m never going back there again. He must be covering for someone because I’ve placed my order there before without an issue then all of a sudden I’m not allowed to order it?

Disgusting Chinese I saw roaches crawling by where they were cooking the rice. Place has an awful smell. Man who was taking my order was very rude. Woman was nice but the man was disgusting I will never step foot in that establishment again

Thanks to COVID-19 pandemic I went 3 months without being able to order Chinese Food on Staten Island I literally had my husband bring it from Manhattan a couple of times because I was craving it. I called New Choi Hee after my usual place hadn’t opened yet and they were delivering. I placed my order and not only were they fast but I’m so happy I found them. The food is DELICIOUS. The fried chicken was juicy, the chicken and broccoli sip delicious etc. I’m so happy I found them…I may never go back to my old spot.

Horrible I’m not giving it a star but that’s how you start the ratings process .ordered chicken wings they where disgusting no meat and what I did bite into taste like they never change the oil .anyone who recommends this place is a crazy they should be ashamed of themselves .i didn’t bother to get my money back cause if they sell food like this they will also argue with you about a refund .i considered it a lesson learned. Don’t give them your business .

I ordered a few times from this restaurant and I was pleased with their service. But the last time I ordered from them, I ordered fried rice and ribs on the bone, they gave me 4 small pieces of burnt ribs on the bone and their was barely any meat. That was messed up!!! Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them at all!!!!
