This place is so good. Don’t be fooled by the name pizzeria, yes they serve pizza but they are an authentic Italian restaurant and the pasta is legit. Every dish is handmade, even the bread is made on site. Our party had gnocchi, lasagna, tagliatelle Bolognese, and some other dish I can’t remember. Every one enjoyed themselves immensely.

Very accommodating for a last minute walk in order. Ordered a large pizza with chicken, sausage and caramelized onions. Size is good, however the pizza was on the chewy side and was very salty. Realized when eating the crust that even the dough itself was already too salty.

Pizzeria Enzina is a newer venture from the family behind a Waltham landmark, Domenic’s, that’s been around since 1979. This newer spot dishes out some unique and very tasty pizza in a neo-Brooklyn style. And by that I mean a style that’s a tie-in to the Neapolitan and Brooklyn style. It’s not very greasy and borderline needs to be eaten with a knife and fork.

I’m obsessed with the gnocci. I always add Chicken and 8/10 times its perfect. Sometimes, it can come burnt but the gnocci flavor really is what saves any mishaps in the kitchen.

Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery through DoorDash. Overall, it tasted pretty good but isn’t anything to rave over. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re looking to try a new spot. I’d consider ordering here again, however, it’s not my favorite pizza spot in Waltham compared to other places I order from.

I came across this place on Instagram when a local food show did a review. We were in the area and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. We started with calamari which was delicious, though the portion could be a bit bigger. We had pizza, a couple of the pasta dishes, dessert and coffee. Everything was delicious, but only had a chance to take a pic of the cheese pizza.

What a hidden gem. My family had dinner at Enzina tonight and can’t stop talking about it. Each of us had very different meals, each of them delicate, filling and delicious. The pizza’s were huge, fresh and tasty. The pasta was clearly home made and so very good (and my kids are pasta snobs). Perhaps best of all was the fact they had gluten free and vegan menus that nearly mimicked their full standard menu. I personally had the best vegan pizza I’ve ever tasted, and could not tell it was dairy free. And fried calamari that rivals the north end. This place will definitely make it into our restaurant rotation. Make sure to make a reservation!
