The food here is always great. Will always be a return customer. The cook had a great personality but she seemed either nervous/unsure of herself or maybe she was new. She cut the veggies very big! Would’ve liked to have them cut into smaller prices that I could chew and swallow. The greeters were pleasant up front also and were helpful with giving us some ideas of what to do around town after leaving

Ordered some pork ramen to go that took about 30 minutes to prepare. I got home (5 min drive) and mixed it all up and it tasted very sour and rancid… Couldn’t eat it. Ordered an old fashioned while I sat at the bar for my order and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Not necessarily their fault, but the AC was also broken during my visit. Nothing about this place was worth the price. I will not be returning. Also called management to mention this order and my concerns were ignored

Go for the hibachi and you’ll never regret it. Each chef has their own style and flair, so no two experiences are the same. It’s always fun and delicious.

Ac seems to always be broken waitress had other things on her mind and was not attentive to my table even though we where the only ones in there for a while. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all the other locations are 10x better and food is better too. Very disappointed with how this one is running

Ate at habachi grill. Surf & turf, steak & shrimp were good, as was fried rice. House soup & salad were good. Had the Texas roll, very tasty but a bit on small side. The bacon wrapped shrimp was very good & was special on a Tuesday. Bar tender was very friendly, made our experience more fun. We will be back.

This delightful restaurant sits right in the heart of downtown Temple. On weekdays for lunch, it is relatively quiet. A variety of seating is available for all sizes of groups. Up to ten people can sit at the hibachi grill. I had the lunch menu Teriyaki Salmon Bento, and it was amazing! The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the tempura was crispy, and the yum yum sauce added an extra zing of flavor. Teagan provided excellent service, checking on us regularly. Delicious! Highly recommend!

On a Saturday evening around 7 pm, we entered the restaurant. While four tables were already occupied, we became the fifth. Shortly after, two more tables filled up. Despite this, our dining experience faced challenges. Our server seemed to struggle with pacing and attentiveness. She appeared busy and apologetic, yet others managed to serve every table efficiently. Our order, unfortunately, faced considerable delays. Approximately half an hour passed before our food arrived, and even then, the rice was missing from the bulgogi dish. My repeated requests for a glass of sake went unanswered until a male server brought the wrong drink. After declining it, she returned with the same glass, only to be reminded that I had ordered nigori sake. Regrettably, she returned with an entire bottle of sake, as if the request for a single glass had been forgotten. To summarize, the service we received was subpar, and the food, though priced highly, was only mediocre. The lack of professionalism in the attire of the waitstaff was also noticeable. In comparison to the Nami in Belton, this establishment fell short. If exceptional service and truly delectable Japanese cuisine are what you seek, I would advise against considering this Nami location.

Can’t tell if my steak was spoiled or if it had a strange sauce on it. I asked for the same thing you get at the grill… but this was most definitely NOT the same. Hubby got the Fillet Minon and he ate about 3 bites and said it was stringy like horse meat! we have eaten there several times and were terribly dissapointed this time… got a to go box.. curious to see if the dog will even eat it?? Worst $100 we have spectacular in a long time.
