I order take out by drive through window #1009 oct 2 at 8:10 I receive pizza after sitting in drive through window for 15 minutes , I had to drive around the building and go into the store to receive by then my cold and rather burnt pizza. And all the guy said was sorry for not coming to the drive through window. I am not counting the time I sat through wait for the car in front of me to get their pizza at the window that would add 12 more minimizes to my wait time in the drive through. This has really spoil my taste for dominos. I have never had an experience like this before , I am a regular costumer. But that night the service was wrong in so many ways. I still have a whole pizza in my frig. Cause it was just couldn’t be eaten burnt , the crust was coming up through the cheese and was so hard it could not be ate.

Earlier today I had to go pick up some items from Bruce’s Foodland to get started on my Thanksgiving meal. After leaving the grocery store my car started dying so I pulled into Domino’s parking lot. After trying to get the car going for about 30 minutes a young lady walked out and came over. She asked me if i was ok, I let her know I was having battery problems. She asked me if I wanted something to eat, a pizza or some cheese bread. Of course I told her I would happily take some bread. After trying for about 2 hours a friend came and picked me up. Just wanted to make sure Domino’s is aware of how sweet and kind Catiy and Maggie are to try and help someone who just happened to break down in the parking lot. The bread was delicious

So we ordered online it said 4-14 minute wait. We get there right on time as it “says” it’s done and waiting. So we go to the drive through.. waiting for 10 mintues then the lady finally came back to the window and told us to pull around where there was absolutely no where else to park because 2 other cars were sitting there waiting. So after waiting 20 mintues, me and my husband go in and they have our order ready just sitting on the rack already done. All them girls in there were just running around. Very poor service.. We got home and opened our pizzas and one wasn’t cut.

Haven’t had dominos in a while but they will see us again! Best pizza we’ve had in a long time. The lady who took my order was nice, polite, not in a rush, communicated well. The taste, scent, and texture of the pizza (pepperoni with stuffed crust) was outstanding. We will have domino’s pizza again!

Yesterday, September the 8th, I decided to get a delicious Domino’s Pizza for my dinner. When I eat pizza, I want that thing loaded with sauce, so I naturally asked for extra sauce on my pizza. Most of the time, restaurants will either ignore my request for extra sauce entirely, or they will give me SLIGHTLY extra. This Fort Payne Domino’s location pulled through for me. My pizza was completely drowned in sauce. When I got home with my pizza, I was a bit nervous to open the box. I was scared that maybe they wouldn’t listen to my humble request. When I opened that box, however, I was simply in awe. In fact, some would say that I was lost in the sauce. The pizza was magnificent and delicious, it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Every bite I took was like stepping into heaven. A very saucy Heaven. To whoever the employee was that made my pizza, I owe you my life. Keep up the good work, Fort Payne Dominos.

I have not been a fan of Domino’s for a long time, but decided to try some of the new menu items they have been advertising lately. I was not disappointed! The spinach feta pizza (I added chicken to half of it) is so good and the chocolate lava cakes are the bomb!! I would highly recommend both of these menu items!
