I have been going to Must Be Heaven ever since I was a kid, and it is always so good! They have a wide selection of sandwiches, and their pies are amazing. They also have a great selection of Blue Bell ice cream. The atmosphere is very cute and homey, and the service is always great. You will most likely encounter a line, but it is worth the wait! I especially like their pimiento cheese sandwich, broccoli salad, and lemon meringue pie. If you are ever in Brenham, Must Be Heaven is a must!

Just a simple, cute, small town sandwich shop with pies and desserts. Quick ordering process at the counter. I got the Reuben and chips. My wife had the half turkey and swiss, and it came with a side, chips, and a drink. Both meals were good.

Huge lines to order but it SO worth the wait. Lots of choices, the cashier is efficient and friendly. You order, get your tray and you get your food right away. Food was fresh and tasty. Big variety of pies. All delish.

Been here multiple times over the years & haven’t been disappointed. The food is great comfort food. The atmosphere is a little loud because of lots of tourists, but worth the wait. Price is affordable in my opinion for a small family in comparison to other small town diners & fast food chains. Supporting local businesses!

Home of my favorite Rueben. They have the freshest ice cream in the country (the blue bell factory is 5 minutes down the street.) Always busy when I come in.

Easter Monday the lunch line was to the door, I suggest arriving early for any special occasion. The Monte Cristo Sandwich, the broccoli cheese soup and Key lime pie were all great. Worth the wait.

Was a nice lunch spot. I had the quiche which was good. The pie was great and everything was well kept and clean. Very large menu with daily specials. It was nice to have the option of fruit as a side. My wife had the Texas Monte Cristo. It seemed odd to me but the taste was fine. It was just a bit burnt as well.

Such an adorable place! It is located in a building that was built in 1887! We were just wandering around Brenham for the day. I am so glad that we stopped in this little gem. We stepped in and only saw the ice cream area with some tables and counter seating. But, if you go around the corner and toward the back, you find more seating and the rest of the café. Odd setup. If my friend had not taken a further look around, we would have completely blown it off. My friend and I both ordered the #1 Combo (half sandwich, chips, a pickle spear, a side, and a drink). I ordered the chicken salad 1/2 sandwich, with a Caesar salad as my side and a slice of bourbon chocolate chip pecan pie. The chicken salad was really good. The Caesar salad was odd. It tasted fine, but there was some type of additional crunch other than the croutons, and it was in every bite of my salad. I couldn’t figure out what it was. I did not finish the salad. The bourbon chocolate chip pecan pie was really good! My friend ordered pimiento cheese with broccoli salad and a slice of buttermilk pie. I was not able to taste her sandwich or broccoli salad, but she said both were good. I was able to taste the buttermilk pie, and it was good (but not like my Aunt Bonnie’s ).

Had a large break time in between two of my daughter’s soccer practices and looked for the best reviewed place and this little spot did not disappoint. I had the Grilled Texas Monte Cristo that had cured ham, turkey, pepper jack cheese, and a jalapeño jelly that was killer. My daughter had the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl. All in all we loved it and definitely will be back.
