Absolutely worst experience here! I took my girlfriend here for Valentine’s day, and had a reservation for 7:30 pm. We arrive at 7:20, and there’s nobody at the front to tell that we had reservations, so we waited around for five minutes.

Great food, horrible service. When our food finally arrived it was very good but cold. I had a great tasting cold burger and fries. We went to Murphy’s on a Saturday for lunch. We arrived at 11:30am and didn’t get our food until 12:45pm. and no, the place was not busy. One of the people in our party even had his food put into a to-go box when it finally arrived just so we could leave, it felt like we had been in that restaurant for an entire day just for a simple burger and fries. We had to get up and find our server four separate times to tell her that we needed some drinks, menus, place our orders, ketchup, etc. Our server was a young girl that was obviously never trained to do the job she was attempting to do. It seems that young people have no sense of customer service and they can definitely ruin a business. I am pretty sure that no one in our entire party will ever go back to this place. When people go out for food they also want good service and this place does not have it.

To begin, the food is really great. However, the wait for the drinks lasted 20 minutes. The server delivered half the drinks, and then the wait was another 10 minutes before the other half was served. We ordered, and the food came within 40 minutes. It was warm, but not hot. Overall, the wait for the food is not worth it. If you have the time, then go ahead. However, if you are looking to get in and out in an hour, don’t bother .
