With few left in the area, I tried this out. No indoor seating available only take out. With an impressive menu and seemingly fair prices, portion size was discouraging as was the taste. My entree at dinner price was floating in fluid which filled half of what I expected to pay for . The fried rice was good offering some peas and carrots not found in other places. The cheese ragoons were way over fried and hardly filled. The grease they were fried in was far from fresh. Tho the service and complete essentials were there, the food is the let down. Especially the value.

Everything I have ever ordered here is excellent. The hunan beef is my fave. My last order I got potstickers for the first time and they were delicious. I have never been disappointed. 10/10 and highly recommend.

Awesome place to order in from! Softest Mongolian beef I’ve ever eaten. The fried rice was delicious and the crab puffs were perfectly crispy! Definitely give this place a try!

I got the plate of teriyaki chicken and it was NOT it. I’m not really picky about my food especially teriyaki cause I love it so much. But this chicken tasted like deli meat sandwich white ahh chicken with sauce on top not even covering all the chicken. The smell even smelt like deli meat and the rice tasted like plastic. Lady was very nice but I was really really disappointed in the food. Only took one bite and said nope after that.

It has been an extremely difficult time for this restaurant. The grandfather (the owner) passed away shortly before Christmas, and just a few days later, the grandmother who makes the potstickers broke her leg and needed care. That is why the restaurant has been closed so often. They are struggling to keep the business running, and I truly hope people can understand and be patient with them.
You might not believe that a restaurant could make absolutely no profit and still keep its doors open, but that is exactly what they are doing right now. They often say that many of their customers have been eating here for decades, and they feel deeply grateful for their patience and kindness. If they could afford to, they would happily serve food for free just to give back to those who have supported them for so many years.

I’m not sure if everyone is lying or just doesn’t know what real Chinese food is, I’m actually shocked I ate this. I didn’t eat all of it, the lack of taste was overpowering. No seasoning. I got fried rice and sweet/sour chicken, literally all I tasted was the bleach from rice that they didn’t wash properly. Before you begin to ask how do I know chinese food? My partner is fully chinese, we have tasted chinese food from many restaurants to find what is authentic. This is downright ugly for a place to even call themselves chinese food honestly. The rice was a disgrace. How do you mess up rice? I have never tasted such bland chinese food ever. I think the people in this area were tricked into thinking what chinese food is, this isn’t it. Unless you prefer no seasoning and less spice in chinese food and bland then here is your spot.

I have been eating take out from this place for 5+ years. I don’t understand the bad reviews or the pictures posted here. My food has never looked like the pictures. The food is great and if I’ve ever had a problem they’ve fixed it immediately. I wouldn’t get order chinese from any place else

I just wanted to thank the cook because I have always had the same thing and it’s so good every single time. I really appreciate the consistency over the many years I have been going here it’s been around 30 years now. It’s what I want when I don’t feel good and also what I want when I celebrate too. I love the chicken egg foo young and house chicken and white rice my go to it never disappoints always good.

BEST Chinese food in the area, Pong Pong’s has been my go to place for years since getting to know people in the area; Everyone I’ve talked to that’s tried this place recommends them! Employees have always been so kind & helpful. I always have a special request ordering food & they have never disappointed. The food is amazing!!! The sweet & sour chicken is always tender never tough, shrimp fired rice always hot & more shrimps than I expected & crab puffs/ egg rolls appetizers are out of this world!

Phoned in order for Spicy Beef, Tender beef stir fry with bok choy, mushrooms, snow peas in a spicy special brown sauce. Well it was missing the bok choy and peppers where added I can’t eat peppers… lots of peppers, carrots where added too! not many mushrooms. First time ordering here and it will be my last 🙁
