Ask for Lexus, very nice and super fast! Chips and Queso on point with just the right amount of heat in it. If you are looking for a solid burger, this is the place for sure… tons of flavor and very satisfying. Savell burger is awesome and a must try!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a mugshots. We decided to grab some food before the Birmingham legion game at 7:00, and figured getting there at 5:45 would get our party of 2 through there quick enough. We were terrible wrong. We arrived and notice the place wasn’t too busy, and waited at the hostess stand for solid 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Someone eventually came by and seated us. We then waited another 10 minutes before the waitress came by. After seeing how long it took to get there we quickly ordered everything we wanted so hopefully we wouldn’t have to stay too much longer. Our drinks came about 5-10 minutes later. I then began noticing other parties around us that were seated later than us being served before us. Our appetizer then came out about 20 minutes later, and I asked our server how much longer our food would take because we were in more of a rush. She said she would check , and ran back to the kitchen. I noticed a couple of other guys at the bar frustrated as well. They said the had been waiting since 5:30, and they still hadn’t received their food. Our food eventually came out after another 15 minutes, and that’s where we hit rock bottom. Our order was wrong. We notified our server, but we just accepted defeat. We tried to eat our food quickly so we could still be on time for the game, but it was even more difficult because of how overcooked our food was. I quickly asked for the check and we bounced.

I used to love this establishment, but the service has really gone down. It took over an hour for me to get my online order, which ran me late for work. Then my order was wrong! I specifically requested no tomatoes twice because of a severe food allergy and they filled it with tomatoes and it was dry!! I asked for a refund and the manager only gave me half off on a wrong order. I’m saving this plate to return to them in the morning for a full refund. Needless to say I won’t be back because this is ridiculous. Now I’m at work hungry with a headache…

A little tough to decide if I should base the review on service or the food. I had the Southern burger. A good size, well seasoned patty topped with pimento cheese, bacon and fried green tomatoes. All on a sweet soft sourdough bun. It was packed with flavors that worked well with each other. The only draw back on the burger is they didn’t offer an option on the wellness. But the service. While our server was very friendly when we finally called her over to the table, they were very understaffed and we had to grab the servers attention for any additional needs. I also saw several people get up and leave after waiting 20-30 minutes for someone to come to their table. So, if you have time to waste and want a good burger with no drink refills… this may be the place for you.

This is my first time coming here and I would say I had an ok experience. This is a great place to go with family to watch sports, have drinks, and explore the northside of Birmingham near the protective stadium. The food was ok as the burger bun was too thick to actually enjoy the burger. The Philly part of the burger was lack luster. The wings were very tasty and tenders were well seasoned! Throughly disappointed that there may or may not have been a conflict with the cook. Very bad business mood in my opinion but overall this is a nice place to enjoy the city.

Always enjoy coming here, but this time the service was outstanding from MADISON. Absolutely knowledgeable of menu and impeccable customer service. I truly hope you know she’s a gem. We ordered the Steak Burger (her recommendation for my husband) and he absolutely loved it. The fired pickles are a must have also! Till the next time Mugshots!!!

Yum-o! Just fantastic! Portions are big. Sourdough bun toasted to perfection, juicy seasoned burger with very fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Beer battered fries were voted hands down by family our ultimate favs! Barge Root beer float was creamy and delicious. Our server was top not notch and just a real cool dude. Try the Mugshot ( three seasoned patties,Swiss and cheddar cheese, mustard and ketchup,six strips of bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion … with side of beer battered fries an onion ring and fried pickle)challenge… clean the entire plate in 12 minutes or less your burgers on them you win a t- shirt and bragging rights. My son, a 17 year old boy thought everyone could do it, he couldn’t even finish Garlic Parm Burger or all his fries. Great place, must try.

2nd time here. 1st time was at the Fultondale location 2 years ago and it was awesome. Food wasn’t hot and had no steam. Bun so thick and hard. It was just ok. Not a big Juicy burger that I was anticipating. Slightly disappointed.
