The food was great and in my opinion they have some of the best tuna sashimi I have ever tasted. Our server Mitchell was very attentive, he had a great attitude and was eager to ensure we were taken care of. One thing that could improve is the menu, having a menu in hand that you can read clearly would be better for people with poor eye sight. My poor old parents looked comedic trying to decipher the menu.

My husband ordered Shoyu Ramen which was tasty and satisfying. My teenage son ordered a spicy tuna temp roll and enjoyed it as well. However, the rest of us ordered Miso Ramen, chicken teriyaki dolsot, and Mongolian beef diner entree and those all seemed missing some flavor. We ended up adding lots of soy sauce and/or vinegar to add some taste to them.

This is the only place that you should go to for sushi in Pueblo. Has absolutely no business being so good. I was very impressed. I have seen *some* other places in Pueblo being astronomical for sushi prices but this place is very reasonable. The soju was a bit expensive but was well worth it. Came with the chilled shot glass and all. I had 2x salmon rolls, a Spider Roll (which is like soft shell crab), some gyoza, and the jinro 24 soju. The sushi was great. Loved it thoroughly. Often times gyoza is like quite obviously frozen and cold, but not here, the gyoza was crispy warm and had a great amount of meat in it. Compliments to the team.

It’s our first time in Tsunami, highly recommended! Food was amazing and lovely! We had Rainbow roll, 911 roll, edamame with garlic sauce for appetizer and the Mongolian beef. I wish the Mongolian beef is a little bit more spicy but the rest of the food are really amazing!
