Ordered golden gate.supposed to be chkn breast,teriyaki sauce and Jack cheese. This sandwich was the worst I ever had. It looked more like chicken salad with lots of mayo and no teriyaki sauce. Did not even taste like chicken. And had a strong taste of vinegar.

The sweetest lady works here. I went 2 days in a row. She suggested bread for me. Yummy food and awesome portions, I usually eat half and save the rest for later. Had never heard of this place before and figured I would it give it a try, so glad I did.

I waited for one of the sandwich makers to take my order . Instead they kept talking to each other then skipped me and helped the guys that came in way after me like I wasn’t just standing there for 2-5 minutes waiting for help. Not only were those Customers rude but I felt completely ignored unfortunately I didn’t even try the food because the customer service was horrible and those same guys took the last of the only bread I was going to order they took the last of.

I won a lunch and picked Mr Pickles. Heard great things looked at menu which looked great as well but when I printed off what I wanted and what I received were 2 entirely different things. Look at the French dip online and it looks incredible and sounds yummy… what I got was a dry dutch crunch roll with roast beef and non melted cheese, I asked for light onion and glad I did cause that was the only thing I tasted on the sandwich. I called to see if maybe I wasn’t seeing it correctly. He said that was the California menu. Well sorry… it was the Sparks menu so I rechecked and it still shows with horseradish, creamy garlic sauce and sounded scrumptious. .. I truly do not recommend the sandwich I got. Worse thing was,, I hadn’t eaten all day waiting for my free lunch. .. guess the old saying is you get what you pay for but my boss did pay a pretty penny for it cause Mr Pickles sandwiches are not cheap.. advise a different sandwich shop…..

Reminds you that you should pack a lunch. It will taste better than here. BTW, the hot pastrami comes on cold bread. Barely any meat. The staff is super nice and pleasant. The food needs a lot of work though.

Typical family owned type place. Homemade but large sandwiches with limited soup options. Choice of meats, breads and toppings such as peppers and cheeses. Some brownies and that is the whole shebang. Fresh and tasty. Clean. Small. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot itself. Tucked a little bit far back by itself just off a busy intersection between two other businesses.
