Reccomed not waisting your time. We spent over an hour waiting for our online order to finally have enough and only take 2 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered. To be told “we were set up for this” we have been using the online ordering for a long time there. Whoever is running this place now shouldn’t be. It’s been a disaster and every time we go to try again to see if it’s been turned around, it’s gotten worse instead.

Terrible experience. They didn’t receive my order through the app which is what it is, but the two guys working appeared intoxicated. Even other customers could see and made comments on it. Just left as they were incredibly slow and disorganized.

They messed up on my order due to lack of preparation. But they honored their reputation and gave me a free sandwich to replace the one that they messed up. Very nice young gentleman who helped me and his crew was very nice as well. The manager of this establishment should be very proud. I will upload the messed up sandwich and my new sandwich bagged

Customer service is excellent and they made our subs perfectly. Only doing a four star because we are disappointed that Subway is doing away with the chicken breast/ strip sandwiches. Is a #1 favorite here, and soon will no longer be on the menu. Also, it’s difficult to keep up with the constant hour changes. Other than that, wonderful staff and food!

Went in there today and place looked like it was being managed by teenagers, kids sitting at the table and going behind the counter to get chargers, phones, etc. It wasn’t even 2pm and they were were out of bread and turkey, that is something management should have prepared and as a worker at a deli before we would always cut more knowing there was some in back stock if we ran out that early in the day. We were told they would be out until tomorrow. Will be contacting cooperate as well as the employees working there were also complaining about other costumers orders and one girl even bumped into me getting her phone charger from behind the counter and then proceeded to sit back at the table where other teens were sitting. She was not wearing a uniform so I’m assuming she knew the workers there but has no self-awareness for other peoples space, especially the costumers. Will not be returning again.

Had food today from Subway for the first time in a while.The bread was awesome, everything placed just right, it wasn’t smothered in sauces, it had just the right amount and was actually still warm even after a car ride. Great job Bonners Ferry Idaho, Subway Team, keep up the awesome work !!
