I can’t comment on others’ experience, I can only be honest about my own. All I can say, is that every interaction I’ve had at this fox’s, has been great. The staff are always kind and go out of their way to make exactly what we want, and make it great every time. Kindness and respect are a two way street, and if you show it to people, they usually show it back. As for the food, I can honestly say that since the new manager took over, the food has been the best it’s ever been, and I’ve been eating Fox’s’ food since I was in diapers. Thanks for making a place I can always count on for a good meal, and nice people!

We had very bad pizza, it was cold, the cheese has not melted enough and it somehow managed to be some of the worst quality we have tried. We have ordered from other Fox Pizza Dens before but this one was a let down. The only good thing about this visit is the lovely guy who helped us and came through with his kindness. I would have given the pizza back if I could have. I say these comments with love.

I ordered at 6pm it’s now 8pm and I still haven’t gotten my food! I done called like 3 times already about different stuff and the lady at the phone sounded bothered. They also told me they don’t have the baked pasta so I’m like okay that’s fine. I look at my receipt details and I’m sorry but I’m very detail oriented and I noticed I’m still being charged for tax for the pasta.. that I’m not getting. But it’s okay cause it’s only about $.50 but WHERES MY FOOD WTF???? Won’t be ordering again/:

Ordered a lunch special, my pizza was made on-time and was delicious. The gentleman on the phone was super nice. They put a good portion of toppings on my pizza as opposed to other places. Wish they didn’t have a minimum for delivery but that is everywhere nowadays. I will be visiting again!!

I was told thirty minutes for my pizza. Got there and the pizza was not started yet. That was understandable but the girl kept touching the phone and then the food without gloves or washing her hands. Then a delivery person came in and started touching everything without gloves or washing his hands. Finally, the pizza was done, he dropped one on the floor, went to get fresh dough once again without gloves or washing his hands. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The cheese was barely melted on the pizza. The wings were barely warm. I had a 10 minute drive before we ate it so they can’t say that it was cold because of the drive… I was rather disappointed…

09/16/20 so my wife and I walk in to order a regular steak n cheese wedge..no tomato no mushrooms no onion…me…large steak n cheese sub lettuce n onion only no mushrooms tomato mayo…and two orders potato wedges…a total of a 25 min wait..15 outside n 10 min inside..only to get home which thankfully was right down street..orders were totally wrong..both items were fully loaded.i called back and explain situation and ask that they bring the correct order down beings it was their mistake.the lady gets my name n address and says yes we will be right down.A few mins later another lady calls and rudely says they can’t bring it down and tried to offplay their mistake and proceeded to raise her voice to me and then my wife then refused to give us the owners phone number..my advice.fire this bunch and start over

I ordered a pizza 25 minutes ago and arrive there to pick it up and my order hasn’t even be started..the girl was left alone by herself when it was busy and then after I’ve waited im not compensated for the long wait…I understand things come up by give your costumer a reason to return and a long wait for a medium and large Pizza is ridiculous..I believe a costumer can be understanding for the convenience if treated the proper way. .needs work on that.

This place is a Joke. Every time I call they put me on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally get to place an order, an hour later my pizza arrives cold and hard as a rock. The saddest part is there pizza is amazing when it is fresh and arrives on time. Sad to say I will never order from Fox’s in Frostburg again!
