Food is good, decent variety, chicken or steak burrito that are massive in size. Pretty comparable to Chipotle. Service on the other hand not so good…. Friendly, but when needing more hands/servers or during busy times need to focus on getting customers out the door…

It’s all in the name, large burritos for a good price. Quality is higher than Chipotle and really tasty. Great for pre or post cabin trips up north. Service and atmosphere not anything to write home about though.

Sad drab place, no maintenance. Sticky floor and every table was dirty, infact everything is dirty and sticky. Food was bland. Fryer and drink coolers were broke. Dirty window sills and blinds filled with spiders. Fountain drink machine was out of service. Interior lights were off. Broken tables and seating. Inside it was like 80° and humid. I’m assuming for cost savings. It’s clear this once was a thriving restaurant and now has been neglected. If you can’t keep your dining room clean it only makes me wonder what’s going on in the kitchen and coolers.

I took a break from coming to this place after having a horrible experience about 6months ago (i should’ve done a review then). Although the food was not as bad from last time, i could not get over the fact that there was a cook in the back and one person up front. The person up front tried to manage and maintain the best he could and did a pretty good job until he decided to take money then get right back to making burritos and bowls. No exchange of gloves or anything. But the thing that killed me was the unintentional rub of his hair then getting back to the bowl! i was completely done at this point and said oh wow and left. I still got my kids burger and fries as it was cooked in the back. in the car the fries were super hot with a fresh putter layer. When we got home and had a fry you can tell they were quickly cooked with them not being completely cooked on the inside. Man this place has so much potential, i just wish someone would pull it out again!

I placed an order online for 18 people the night before and called them to let them know because I needed it for my staff by 11:15 am. I get a call at 11:05 am, saying that was unreasonable. That they would get it done as quickly as possible. I get there to about 10 people waiting to place an order who can’t until they finish mine. The employees made me feel like I had done something wrong. One in the back was cussing and looking at me. I left in tears. The food is good but I’m looking for a place I can find good food and good customer service! So sad

There was a lot going on but also nothing. There was a meeting in the corner with the owner and some other guy. Food was out all over the store. The girl on the register starred into the abyss while the guy that was working didn’t talk to anyone ordering but was yelling at the 2 guys in the corner. Then the guy making food and the girl would stop what they were doing and just go in the back come out and just walk around. I was confused by this entire thing. I’ve never seen a restaurant like that it was like I was invading someone’s home. They also seemed bothered that they had customers.

Dine in experience what good. You will be paying more than 5 dollars for anything but a plain burger, but prices are really fair. Had some of the freshest hottest crinkle cuts Ive ever had. Quite a few burger choices as well and not skimpy on toppings
