I ordered an ice cream sundae from doordash. For almost six dollars they ripped me off. Please see picture attached. I’m not ordering from here again.I also received a completely melted fruity pebbles milkshake. The cereal is soggy and the milkshake has a strange flavor. Doordash charged $20 for this very bad service. I don’t recommend.

Their ice cream is out of this world. All kinds of different flavors and they will let you try a sample of you may want to buy it. They sell ice cream cones, milkshakes and cups of ice cream. Very friendly and service was excellent. I recommend everyone to visit.

I absolutely LOVE Mountains Ice Cream!! Since trying it for the very first time only three months ago, I’ve purchased entirely WAY too numerous an amount of their double-scoop varieties to count! Various flavors I’ve had are banana pudding, key lime, lemon cheesecake and blueberry cheesecake. Each is MOST scrumptious and my favorite is banana pudding! Having also had my fair share of their ALWAYS fresh, warm, hand-rolled-to-order, traditional vanilla waffle cones, I can certainly attest to their wonderfulness, as well! Lastly, on many occasions, I’ve had the pleasure having both their lemon and vanilla flavored cake pops. They too, are extremely mouth-watering! As is obvious by my review, I adore EVERYTHING I’ve ever gotten from Mountains and I never seem able to get my fill! I do highly, and most assuredly recommend Mountains, as I’m a HUGE fan!!

We are new to Rome and have been so excited to take the kids to the 3 ice cream shops in town. Today, we chose Mountain Ice Cream. The man that was working was very rude to my husband. They were “out of waffle cones because it’s Sunday”. They were out of hot fudge. My husband decided to not get his ice cream after being told the second thing he wanted was out. The man charged an additional 15% over the listed price “for supply chain issues”. The man escalated the situation and was quite rude. I’m not one to make a scene, but with other customers in the store kicked my family out and are refusing to serve us again. It was such a simple disappointment for my husband. The man said “it’s just ice cream”. But, it’s a business. If you treat your customers so rudely, I give you two years until your business folds and dies. After all, it’s just ice cream and there are two other ice cream shops on the same block. And we already know that Honeycream is divine. If you want ice cream, go to someone else who appreciates gaining regular customers. His loss.

A small and cozy place in down town Rome, with a great variety of tasty ice creams, always clean, with comfortable seating both inside and out, on the sidewalk of Broad Street, and good prices. They are definitely worth a visit, if you like ice cream you will enjoy it there.
