Location in Madison Mississippi is a mess. The dining room was filthy. Dirty floors and no clean tables. Salsa bar was messy and practically empty. When Chipotle opens I won’t be surprised if this place shuts down.

I love the food at Moe’s but the service at this location is bafflingly bad. Be aware that the restaurant doesn’t stay open until 10. It may close at 8. Or it may close at 7:30. Or 6. You may even get there to pick up your online order and your food is locked inside. And be sure to check your bags before you leave.

The cashier was very rude. Then, the manager was very nice and asked the cashier to apologize. She came and said they said I was rude but I wasn’t. I apologize. I asked her to please get out my face.

We came in for lunch and I got the burrito bowl. I asked for light black beans and steak. It was filled with black bean juice which in its self is kind of nasty and then I was given half a scoop of steak because that’s all they had. I was very unhappy with how nasty it was and when I tried to say something they just shrugged and said oops. No one offered to remake or help. This is how my bowl looked.

The crunch wrap was delicious, but they need to do another class on those chips. They are never fully cooked. I know what they are supposed to taste like, look like, and crunch like. I’ve cooked plenty all my years of working at Taco Bell. Other than that, they have some pretty good food.

Not what I expected. Chipotle is much better. Pretty much the same type food but better all around from the atmosphere to the service to the food…. Yes prices have increased nationwide but for what we received we could have went to a more upscale restaurant and received more and better overall.
