There was no one dining in at the time, no line, and I waited 30 minutes for a bowl to be made. I walked in to pick up my order since it was placed online. I went up to the counter to tell her the name for the order and the girl working didn’t even communicate to me that it wasn’t ready yet/hasn’t been made until I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. I don’t recommend if you are wanting good customer service. Go to chipotle across the street instead.

This was my first and last time to come here. I ordered online and picked up just a few min later. After I left I realized they gave me something totally different from what I ordered. Not to mention it was cold and tasted like it had no salt or seasoning. Clearly the staff is not paying attention or giving care to how they prepare food or fulfill orders. I will not be back. Funny thing is I was planning on ordering for our company meeting this week here so I wanted to try it first myself. That definitely won’t be happening.

Pans placed inside empty pans to shorten cleaning process however it left my food cold, AirPods in ears as my food was being made and did not pay attention to me, drink cups on the line, chips sat out to get stale and cold. Terrible environment and service. Food safety hazards every where you look, food reflects the service and standard set by the team.

Moes has really been disappointing me lately. My order is always the same but the consistency is subpar. I will not be back for a while. I do not appreciate the corners the cutting when preparing my food. It use to be so much better.

Whoever was working on 9/11 around 1:00 Needs a serious attitude adjustment. I patiently waited for them to finish cooking the white chicken and whenever they finally got it out, they started to make my bowl and the person that was working’s apron was literally hanging in my food as they were reaching over To grab the spoons from the beans and kept slamming down every spoon and each time after I told them what I want it on top. They would literally scream back “what” like they couldn’t hear me, but I was talking clearly. They were huffing and puffing And rolling their eyes the whole time and I finally got down to check out and they slammed my food on the counter.
I’m not one to cause any issue inside a restaurant so I just let it go but whoever that was needs an attitude adjustment

The shells and nachos were a little dry and cold. They would taste better if they were in a warmer. The rest of the ingredients tasted good.
