The employees here were kind enough to make our salad and sandwich according to our specific request 10 minutes before they closed. Although I was very disappointed that I did not receive my advertise. Happy Gilmore 2. Beverage cup the food look good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Quick service. Opens till late night. Easy to grab dinner while driving along the I-5. There was knly once person who was working late handling both drive thru and in person visit. He was very generous and quick enough to get the food ready.

I came through the drive through amd waited for over 30 minutes before I even got helped. The lady was rude when she finally did take my order. She sounded like she hates her life and was very unfriendly. At least when I got there, the gentlemen who’s going to tell me it was a wait was nice and apologized. When I finally got to the window, she didn’t greet me at all. Didn’t even say anything. This is the lady with short dark colored hair and I think face piercings. I’ve never seen worse customer service than at this subway she was extremely rude and beyond unfriendly. Please talk to her about this because she’s in issue every time and nothing changes. All the other employees are great. She’s just rude and disrespectful.

Stopped in last night and there was one guy working and he was fishing out sandwiches like crazy and had the best attitude ever! Made it a fun experience. I really wish I could remember his name so I could shout him out but regardless subway you should give that man a raise! Best subway experience I’ve ever had and Iv been to subways all across the country

Way too long of a wait time in drive thru. Running a food business with only one employee is ridiculous. They have to deal with walk ins, online orders and drive thru and it’s obviously too much for one person!!! Hire more employees!

Place was filthy, door dash order is WILL be done before ypu even if you were there LONG before the order comes through. They were out of stock on half of veggies, breads, and tea. The guy working also used the same gloves to rummage around in the back for stuff as he did to make sandwiches. Waited for over 30 minutes. Lobby was empty when we arrived.

Very unhappy, scary looking female(I think?) should not be serving our community anything, let alone food. I have spoken with other employees, and they feel the same way. Apparently many customers don’t appreciate this thing, he, she, like I said I don’t know. If a person can’t smile at anything she shouldn’t be helping others have a good day. I will never ever go there again as long as she works there. PS the latest employee I spoke to said she’s going to be management soon. That can’t happen. And if I have my way it won’t happen. I will be calling corporate and letting them know that this situation has to end.
