I typically love a Moe’s but this one is very disappointing. They will serve you chips that are almost always unsalted and either overcooked to brown or still soft, dripping with oil. I won’t eat here again after today, being given literally floppy tortilla chips twice. Stinks when you have to specifically ask for food to be actually cooked. It’s also pretty irritating when three staff are trying to take your order at the same time.

Stood in line till the very end just to overhear the workers say they are cash only because the system is down. Told us there was a sign, Like we were supposed to see the smallest little sign on the interior door. Never even told us and had already made our food. The only reason we found out was because I heard the employees talking to each other. Why wouldn’t you remind all customers coming into the restaurant. So unprofessional and such a waste of time. Ended up walking out because we did not have cash only cards. NO COMMUNICATION

I absolutely love moes. My husband and I often eat at them for their Monday deals, so today was no different. Just a big bummer to have a moes so poor. Food was extremely bland, the person making the food when asked for 2x scoop of anything they did smaller scoops to use less product.. Chips were coated in grease and freezing cold… pop machines were practically out of syrup..

Taco beef was very sweet like chili which was weird. Salsa had too much garlic and assuming it sat out all day was a bit sour. Very little beef in the tacos. Paid extra for queso which was non-existent. Pretty much inedible.

I was getting lunch with my wife , all I had was a 50$ bill , the employee at the register made a huge deal holding up the line because she couldn’t find a bill validation pen , or wasn’t trained properly on cash handling . She made a comment about hoping my currency was legit , which is kind of repulsive in front of a whole line of people waiting to get lunch . I’m not one to get angry or say something but that’s completely unacceptable in front of customers . I won’t be returning to this location again because of the way the employees handled themselves absurdly disgraceful .

Very stingy with their portions here, even compared to other Moe’s locations I’ve been to. Some of the workers are rude, and ignored me when I asked for something simple. Be prepared to get charged like $3 for any tiny little scoop of queso.

Horrible!went in and ordered homewrecker bowl and a cup of queso. Got home 4 pieces of very cold chicken, cold beans, and cold rice(no exaggeration). And no queso, so I went back, and the guy was so RUDE! No apologies for forgetting part of the order. Then told me not his fault everything was cold. Plus, he was trying to overcharge the gentleman in front of me, who placed online order and paid for it online. This is the second time with bad food and bad service. This moes has gone downhill.
