Quality continually goes down hill. Rice is consistently undercooked, I’ve gotten a whole bell pepper in my burrito before. The only thing giving the 2nd star is that it’s cleaner than the chipotle across the street

I usually eat at Moe’s and have never faced anything like this, but this visit was something else. I was given what looked like 75% of a scoop of chicken, asked for double rice (which I’ve done at plenty of other locations) and got a weird look like I’d asked for something illegal, and then requested a lot of sauce apparently that officially means only 3–4 lines. Who knew there was a strict sauce policy? The food was fine, but the portion control and side-eye really took the experience to another level.

Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Price
Got my order from UberEats.. Extremely disappointed with my order. I got a burrito that barely had four tiny pieces of chicken. Got chicken bowl with extra chicken and got dangerously low protein— seriously? For the price I’m paying, I expect a decent portion of protein, not a tortilla filled mostly with rice and beans.
The portion was absurdly small and definitely not worth the cost. If I wanted a vegetarian burrito, I would’ve just ordered one. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this felt like a complete rip-off.
Do better, Moe’s.

I did not know it was burrito Monday until I was grabbing cash to pay. What a deal!!! $7+ change for a HOMEWRECKER, chips & salsa to go. Service with a smile from everyone behind the counter and made perfectly. I have one suggestion…. Can corporate please send a few of the guys that were working the Transit Rd , Clarence location out to the new NF store to train them on the way Moe’s puts a burrito together,

Might be the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to, staff could care less and portions were ridiculously small for the prices they charge. Also pretty sure they screwed me on the rewards I tried to use. Won’t ever go back to this location

In and out quickly with my food which was good. The lady that finished my order was awesome.Very personable, very nice, and actually talked and didn’t seem to be in a hurry.Ticket had the name Madeline on it so I guess this is her. Just wanted to give her a shout-out and let management know she’s a keep so I hope they are paying her well. Years ago when I had a business my partner an I hired our customer service team from personal encounters like I had at Moe’s. She’s one of the ones I would contact for further discussion if I still had a business. Great visit to Moe’s.

The food was good and consistent as to what we have had from Moe’s in the past. The portions were good.
The four people working did a decent job but there was very little personality or interaction from them. It was almost as though they were doing what they had to do but didn’t go above that at all. Almost like they didn’t want to be there.
The restaurant was a mess. The majority of the tables were dirty, the floor was littered with spilled nacho chips, straw wrappers, and other refuse. The napkin holder was empty and the salsa bar was missing two choices and looked like it hadn’t been attended to in a couple of days; salsa was dried out, salsa was on the bar and dried to it, and it looked like old pudding with a crust on the top. Although out of their control, the drink machine was broken but one of the employees informed us of it being partially inoperable.
One employee had an ear pod in their ear which makes one think that they were more interested in whatever was streaming through it than the people coming to get food.
I would have a hard time returning to this restaurant and would not recommend any family or friends going there.
The lack of pride shown in all aspects was sad and not good for business.
